Another episode that was pretty good but not spectacular - just like the previous one imo.
Nice to see the earth/psi corp plot advance along after a touch of the other thing last ep.

This another one I've always had a soft spot for.
After they wrote this episode they discovered that the name Bureau13 was already being used by an RPG.

Intriguing episode, this. As if we don't have enough with the Shadows and the death of Santiago we also have trouble on Mars.
Particularly liked the Garibaldi/Winters scenes. How does he always appear on cue?
Whe this episode first came out it drove me nuts. I knew I recognised Jeff Conaway from somewhere. Took me for ever to remember he was Kernickie in Grease. That was before i knew about imdb :hmm:

I had the same problem, only it was Taxi I remembered him from, where he played Bobby

Yeah Taxi for me as wll - I only knew he was in Grease when I caught him on that "Grease 25 years on" crap last year or whenever it was.
Speaking of crap shows I caught 2 minutes of "top 10 Aliens" on Sky One last night - Kosh was no 7 but more interestingly they revealed that the guy who wore the suit was married to Pat Tallman which is spooky :)

I think that's mentioned in one of the commentaries, could be wrong though.

I found this episode a bit dull apart from the last 5 minutes, when all the conspiracy stuff about Bureau 13 was revealed. Dunno what it was about it, but it just didn't hold my interest much.
I didn't recognise "Kernickie" at all, until I read it here, but I did recognise Adrienne Barbeau, which bugged me who she was until I saw the credits then recognised her name from Carnivale.

Not a bad ep, but not great, marred for me by concentrating so much on Talia. There is just something about her that grates with me, not even sure what exactly.

Enjoyed this one a lot.
Excellent to see Adrienne Barbeau again (loved her in THE FOG, ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK and SWAMP THING)
The underlying story about something going on (conspiracy) was continued here very well and it was nice that Talia was centre to the story for a change.

Same here. Now if they'd got Iggy (Chris Lloyd) to play Amis in the previous episode that would've been funny
Solid if unspectacular episode, I guess, but I enjoyed it. As soon as wotsisface Shigeta appears you just know that he's not going to make it out of the first act alive  I was having fun with the dvd, pausing Horn's memory and watching it in slow motion, plus some of the computer screens, like the one that says it was the Earth Force ship Pournelle that destroyed Horn's vessel.
The Bureau 13 stuff is intriguing, and so is the fact that Talia denies recognising anything from Horn's memories :ponder:
The shots of San Diego are very effective, even if they are brief. :)
