Title: Amazing Spider-man

Thought I'd start this thread to keep all my Spidey-rantings in one place :lol:

Anyway,

Earlier I read #13 First Mysterio and #14 First Green Goblin.

Both fascinating installments, and again an introduction into two of Spiderman's biggest foes over the years. With Doc Ock, The Sandman and The Lizard already introduced, I think that's now most of the primary array of Nemeses introduced.

Having been reading these books at a time when I've also been able to watch/rewatch the movies, it's great to see how closely they tie certain things into the original source. You can also see the divergences, which to be fair, Stan Lee, John Romita et al do actually point out on the DVDs, such as the MJ of the movies basically incorporating traits of both comic book MJ and Gwen Stacy.

A nice little resource I found online as well;

Started and finished Jeph Loeb's Spider-Man: Blue earlier this evening.

Pardon the pun, but an amazing book :thumbsup:
