A Minbari war cruiser comes to Babylon 5 to display the body of a recently dead Minbari leader, while Ivanova and Talia battle for the fate of a young girl with newly discovered telepathic powers.

A very very interesting episode.
More and more background information on the minbari and the word Crysilis - obviously a sign of what is still to come.
When the writers of the series can come up with episodes such as this, EYES, SIGNS AND POTENTS etc then it comes more of a puzzle and an embarresment when they come up with episodes such as TKO.
Roll on next weeks two parter!!

Not quite as good as the last ep, but still enjoyable. Good to learn more about Minbari culture, and interesting to note that Chrysalis is the name of the last episode of the season. Is Sinclair the Chrysalis? Is he going to transform into something else?
It surely must be something to do with Sinclair, seeing as he's not in it next season, I would assume we'd find out what happened to him on the Line before he departs.

Also, getting more and more tempted to charge on towards the end of the season. I didn't have that urge after last week's eps, but now.... :shifty:
Btw, are we watching three next week and two the following week, or vice versa, or are we combining the season finale with the first ep of season 2?

IIRC, next week is A Voice in the Wilderness, and then the following week it's Babylon Squared, The Quality of Mercy and finally Chrysalis :)

I like Minbari led episodes and this is no exception - that pesky surrender is mentioned again and we all want to know why :)
Good intro for Neroon - I always enjoy his presence (thats not really a spoiler is it?)

I love this episode, if for nothing more than it introduces one of the greatest peripheral characters in the series, Neroon. Played absolutely superbly by the fantastic John Vickery.
Neroon's obvious hostility towards Sinclair and their constant sparring is a delight to watch.
Again, two stories; the A story featuring the Minbari was interesting. You get the impression that all's not well within Minbari political circles either. Delenn appears to be constantly playing games, now not only with Sinclair but with certain elements of her own people as well. It makes you wonder, truly, what her own agenda on B5 really is....
There's the story that they eventually perpetuate, about their great war leader who's body transformed so that it may join the Gods. Interesting.
The B-story wasn't nearly as interesting save for a choice few elements. We learn that once again the Narn's are the only race without telepaths. Why ?? We get the word Chrysalis from Delenn's mind. Interesting.
There's also a pivotal piece of dialogue somewhere in this episode about one of the characters.
Bonus marks for Sinclair in this episode. Not many people nail Neroon
More on this episode in the Spoiler thread.

It's an obvious one to the likes of you and me Paul. It's a prophetic line :)

If you were really paying attention during the Pilot, this line is another clue B)

Another fair episode. Can't really say much more about it...
I must say that the way Alyssa seemed touncover the whole mystery seemed to have a cheesy sense of convenience to it... Plus the way that the "pleasant" solution to Alyssa's problem with finding somewhere to go... not too sure on that.
I'm intrigued that Delenn so freely spoke of and used her Grey Council position, after she was so adamant about keeping anyone form knowing or speaking of it in the past... <_<
Couple of things that stuck out that I really liked? Garibaldi's line "Fun, fun, fun!" to Ivanova near the start, and also the workers doing some welding in the Zocolo... was that a cigar I saw one pop into his mouth after raising his mask? And after what Lennier said to Garibaldi about dangerous fumes in the last epsiode... :D

Love the A plot, not so keen on the B plot, mainly because the girl who plays Alisa is such a bloody awful actress <_<
As others have said, great to see the arrival of Neroon. The Minbari ship's appearance, with gun ports open, is one of the moments from B5 that always sticks in my memory for some reason. I think they handled the mystery of the disappearance of Branmer's body quite deftly, and I like the way Delenn handles the situation in the end.
Love the bit with the Pak'ma'ra
And that ending. Chrysalis. Hmmmm...
