Born Again

Synopsis

After a detective and his former partner die in unexplained circumstances, the accidents are linked to a little girl who witnessed both deaths and Mulder believes that she may be the reincarnate of a policeman murdered by his colleagues.

This is quite an effective episode. The performance of the little girl is quite eerie in itself, and all she's doing for the most of the time is pulling her face :lol:

Quite a conventional episode once you take out the 'reincarnation' plot, with a standard mystery entwined as the episode's lynchpin.

Not up to the standards set by the previous couple of episodes, but decent enough, even by season one's high standards.
