I have the movie poster for VAN HELSING.

Where do you all get your wallpapers from???

I've got Final Fantasy VIII as the desktop theme on my PC.

Can't remember exactly where I got it from, but it'll have been one of the FF sites no doubt.

Here's mine :) ...got it from one of the many Angel sites about. The XP theme is from www.themexp.org

Thank you just spent an hour looking at that site and downloading some of the best wallpapers.

Mine isn't Cult related, it's an art print, Circe Invidiosa by JW Waterhouse. I do have a pretty cool Buffy screensaver though :D

Slightly off topic, but I'm impressed with this messageboard system - usually when you have one large picture it stretches all the other posts, meaning you have to scroll sctoss - this one just expands the one post :)

@Phillip, Great isn’t it, there’s also an option to resize an image to x amount if it's bigger than specified, you could get the full size image by just clicking on it and it opens up on a separate page, gets annoying after a while though ;)

@Ken, Not sure where I got the wallpaper from but There's some good ones here ...pm me if you want it and I'll send you the jpg. The startbar and icons are from themeXP.org :)

cannot find any really nice ones of her apart from the van helsing and underworld film posters

tried to look at them but everytime I tried to look at page 2 hundreds of pop ups appeared so given that one a miss.

once got a really nice pic of her free with sfx magazine - wish I could find that one.

If anyone's wandering how to take a screenshot of there desktop. Just go to your desktop so that it's up on the screen and press the “Print Screen” button or “Prt Scr” on your keyboard. Then open up whatever graphics tool you use “Paint, Photoshop” and go to “edit” “paste”. Then save it as a jpg and make sure it's under 200kb.

Now go to
www.uploadit.org and register for a free account, (this can be used to upload any pictures you want and show them on the board) Once you've registered, just follow the steps to upload your picture then use the URL on here :)

I haven’t actually got round to sticking them on Ken. For a while I thought the problems were just mine cause I bought a ripped version. Then I realised it was bigger problem, by which time I was knee deep in coursework and had not time! :blink:

I finished Max Payne too in about a week. It’s a superb game imo, not to mention addictive, but it does take getting into. My only complain would be that there just isn’t enough hours in it. <_<

Everyone's desktop is far neater than mine. I have icons all over the place, so I'm too embarrased to post an image of it. :lol:

Its just black with my avatar picture in the middle of it though.

I think what is very interesting is not just what people have as their pictures on the desktop but the other icons etc they have got. I actually only keep two on the desktop - my Documents and the recycle bin.

Some of you should tell us what some of the things that are on there are though???

Nah - mIRC is an chat program :)

Strangely enough I don't really store things on my desktop which I use regularly - it's normally used as a storage space so I know where some things are when I need them (vis the Krystal phone number and things on mine :))

Savage is an online multiplayer slayfest.

mIRC is a very boring Internet Relay Chat client.

It's not bad, it's based on team co-op play and is mostly base attack/defence

It took me a while to get used to how it works and the set up. Nowadays I don’t actually use anything else to download tho.

I use mIRC, Bittorent or the newsgroups, haven't used Kazaa or WinMX for a long time.

My downloading's split about 50-50 between BT and DC.

Can't stand mIRC.

I’ve never gotten into BT. As for Newsgroups, they just confuse the hell out of me, so I tend to stay away from them too.
