Title: Shatner Interview At The Emmy's

Just caught a bit of an interview with the Shat' at the emmy's (he won one you know, bless).

The interviewer asked him about the rumours of his appearance in Enterprise, Shatners comments? Well here they are....

"We've talked about it. Then I asked how much I'd get paid. They looked confused that I expected to get paid for it."

Pretty much says it all really. :lmao:

Sounds like a few comments he made a month or so back to the same effect. Little progress made since then by the looks of it

Surely Berman/Braga wouldn't be stringing fans along with the promise of Kirk returning when he isn't ??

Star Trek's on it's way to becoming as dead as dead possibly gets :(

Just how much would it cost to put a contract out on those two knobheads?? :D

Well Ken, taking into account the number of people who seem to hate their guts, we could get a collection going and we'd all have to contribute about tuppence. With the total collected, we could buy a tactical nuke and make sure they're put out of our misery

They've just completely ruined Trek. When you look at some of the great people who've been involved with Trek down the last decade; Ron Moore, Ira Behr, Mike Piller, and we get stuck with the freakin' Chuckle Brothers

Hey - that's a very unfair slur comparing them to Paul and Barry :)

Fair point. They were intentionally crap. Berman and Braga appear convinced that they're putting out something of monumental importance

Umm, given the consensus of feeling against the B&B men/maggots (delete as appropriate), has anyone actually said anything to them on any of the official sites (which I'm presuming there are)???

Sorry it seems to be going the way of the dodo

Either Braga's website or his e-mail account got taken down sometime last year by the sheer volume of traffic. No doubt Brannon thought it was all great. Most of them were disgruntled Trek fans though

At a corporate level, it's pretty obvious that they're being given the rope with which to hang themselves.
