V2: The Storm Breaks

All stories have a turning point. And for Sonofar that turning point was the arrival of The Monsterous Ones.

They emerged from underground caves around Sonofar, finally coming into the light. They had been hiding. The changes that a plagued thier bodies where hideous, but they where still horses, and thought like horses. They where only monsters on the outside.

The monsters tried to join the herds. But what happened to them was worse than what became of the Shadowed Ones. They where attacked, injured, told they where monsters and driven away. Even the Shadowed Ones would not accept them. But unlike the Shadowed Ones, the monsters did not run away, curl up, and wait to strike. They struck.

They settled on the surrounding islands, and began to attack the other Alliances. They where outraged at what the other races had done to them. And, some how, the older Alliances went to war with each other. The story of how the Gradors, Aves, and Shadows went to war with the attacking of the Monsters is plagued and rotted with rumors. The true reason was lost in the river of bloodshed.

The storm that had gathered over the island has finally unleashed it's rath. But when it is over will there be peace? Or will one win and the others fall? You decide...
