The proud brute strolled into the breeding lands. He looked around almost with curiousity. This was the first time he had ever been in these lands. He had been too young when he met Dancer to ever dream of starting a family with her. Later they talked about it but that's all it was. Talk.

Now it was different. He was actually going to start a family. With the femme he loved with all his life. He felt odd and out of place with this emotion. He wondered slightly if this was how a dark king should act? He pushed his thoughts aside and reared high. He lifted his mug and called out for his love to come to him. He landed with a loud thud and turned his cran. His visionaries took in all around him as he waited.

The painted hued demoness anxiously walked into the terrain. Visionaries scanned the lands for her King. She was filled with tons of emotions. Some of which she never knew she had. Love for the Dark King. There was a small amount of fear in her, though she trusted him enough to not hurt her. Or maybe she just trusted him enough to love her with the small fear of being hurt.

Was she ready enough to have a bantle? Would she raise the bantle up the correct way? Many more thoughts ran through her mind. These thoughts got pushed away when she heard his call. Towers pressed forward and she trotted through the brush to stop at her love's side. Whatever doubt she had now would have to be erased from her mind. She wanted to please him and if birthing a cursed one would do it, she wouldn't hesitate.

The young crimson brute watched as his lover came to him. He stood and took in her beauty silently. Oh how he wished she was immortal as well. Or even better he was mortal. What he would give to be able to die by her side and grow old with her. To watch their family grow and spread their lines.

But that is only wishful thinking, he reminded himself. Something that would never happen. he nickered softly to her and nuzzled her tenderly once she drew close. He lipped her mane softly and affectionatly. He parted his librims so that his soft tone may be heard.

"Are you ready my love?"

"Yes, I always will be."

Her soft lyrics drifted through the air around them. Visionaries locked on her love's crimson orbs as a soft smile graced her librims. She nuzzled him back lovingly and tenderly.

As she gazed at him, she thought of his immortality. If only there was something she could do to be immortal with him. She would even sell her soul to the devil if that meant she would be at his side for eternity. But it was a hopeless wish.

Legesain nuzzled her once more after she spoke. He rested his cran against her for a moment before leaving her side. He moved to her rump and nipped her playfully. He tried not to show just how scared and unsure he really was. In one swift action he mounted. His nape bent to nuzzle her back, pausing a moment before continuing.

After a while he dismounted, sure the job was done. He nickered softly before moving to her side. He lipped at her nape softly and gazed at her, deep in thought. Legesain allowed himself to stand there by her side, enjoying the moment. He knew he would keep this memory as many others with Kasumi for all eternity.

He tried to pry his thoughts away from the subject. Thinking about time only reminded him of what little part of his long life would be spent with Kasumi. How eventually he would be alone once more. Lost in the dark. Just like with Dancer.

Kasumi stood quietly and nuzzled him softly. When he nipped her rump playfully, she flicked him in the chest with her black banner. She stomped a back hoof like she was threating him, but it was really playful. She could see that he was slightly unsure which made her nervous.

After he dismounted she nickered back at him and nipped at his jaw. Visionaries gazed back, noticing him deep in thought. She was concered, not sure what it was about. Nuzzling him again, she stepped closer to him and nipped softly at his forelock.

She knew she was most likely in foal with his devil now and was nervous about everything. She didn't know how long, but knew it would be awhile. Gazing at him, she again wondered what he was thinking about. There was alot she didn't know about him and she began thinking there was another he truely cared about. Nudging his jaw, she took a step back.

"Is something the matter?"

Legesain was pulled from his thoughts when Kasumi spoke. He had not meant to fall so far into thought. His gaze moved to hers and he wondered if she had seen something in his facade. He gently pried into her thoughts. His expression remained emotionless as he read her suspicions about another. He tried not to come right out and say she had nothing to fear. Legesain could never bring himself to be unfaithful to her.

He had been wanting to tell her about Dancer but he was worried. What would she think if she was to know how Legesain had foolishly fell for an enemy. He had been young and impulsive and in his short life, had believed he had fallen in love. Dancer had been a big part of his short life. But there was nothing there anymore. He no longer thought she was the most beautiful femme in the land. Kasumi was so much more perfect to him.

He paused unsure of what to say. Should he tell her? She was bound to find out sometime. The hellion's thoughts returned to the unborn within Kasumi. She had enough to think about already without adding his past to the mix. Instead he curved his librims upwards into a smile. A smile saved for only few to see. A smile meant only for Kasumi.

"I was just thinking about our foal m'love."

Kasumi forced smiled as he spoke. There was something that seemed off about his answer. Like it wasn't the truth. She didn't think he would lie to her so she let it go. There wasn't anything he needed to keep from her, she trusted that it wasn't anything to worry about.

"Shall we return home, m'lord?"

Home. She never had said the word and actually meant it. Extending her nape, she pressed her nose into his nape and nuzzled him also taking in his scent. Gazing up at him, she smiled sweetly and lovingly. Finally, she felt like she belonged somewhere. And that somewhere was with Legesain.
