This is just an FYI for everyone in the weyr. Due to the fact Akalla and I know that everyone with a female dragon would like to throw them up into flight. This we have no problems with. Greens and Crimsons are not feral when another female rises. They are possesive of the males who chase them. But if they decide that another Green or Crimson is worth chasing the other females just shrug it off.

The Queens are another matter, Queens are VERY possesive and feral when they are in heat. If another Queen rose they would become angered and fight with the other Queen. Yes they will fight enough that one or both can die. The only time a dragon is willing to hurt another dragon. I bring up this point that we will not have any Golds flying together, I and Akalla do not wish to lose any Queens unless we are PMed by the Goldriders that they want to kill off their Queens. If that is the case we will work with you so that it happens. As for the Greens if they are flying and a Gold is around the Golds do no care thinking of them as lesser females. Yes this is vain, but it is what Anne herself said.

Again if a Queen is in heat and a Green/Crimson rises too the Queen will get angered enough to harrash the Green/Crimson till she lands. So with all the Greens/Crimons that have risen we will wait till they have been caught before we send one of the Queens into flight. PLEASE Those who have not risen their dragoness DO NOT THROW THEM INTO FLIGHT Not untill all 3 Queens have risen and flown.




Now what has been urking both me and Akalla is those of you who have been constantly putting up one-liners. We have stated many times to not do this. It is even stated in the rules for heaven's sake.

If you do not know what to put, then Do-Not-Post Simple as that. And if anyone is iffy about waiting, well then you shouldn't be playing on a Forum, post, based RP. Akalla and I made this Weyr because it's easier for us to RP Pern like we wanted to since we have work, personal isssues, and a social life that tends to shorten our time on the internet or for anything that involves being there constantly.

I understand that yes I typo A LOT But that still doesn't mean I do not go back and fix it till everything is correct. I even use spell-check if I do not know how to spell a word. I see no reason why others can not do the same.

Yes, I am annoyed. Yes this probably all sounds harsh and un-called for. But enough is enough. There is a time when you have to put your foot down and others you can let fly. If you want I can just let Akalla tell you what she thinks and let you handler her. She is my best friend and I see her as blood. I know her temper and I know how to talk with her so nothing rash is done. I try to be as even and considerate as possible, I try to give as many chances to everyone as possible. We try to plan things so that things stay interresting and fun as possible.

I personally try to get on as soon if not sooner then possible so that any events set they are set on time. I hate the thought of people waiting because I was not able to get there and set or start it. So please! Just take this all into consideration, just let this be put in your memory.



Now as for anyone who is curious about the Mods board, that is purely there so that if anything comes up that needs to be dealt with it can be dealt with there to let some steam out so that later we can all think with a leveled head. And not just do something in pure fustration. It is also there because if anyone of us has an idea to start some fun or even some drama we talk there. It's even there to talk about anything YOU the members have brought to our attention about doing or possibly try.

Another thing I try to stress out to you as much as possible. This is an alternate Pern, only the Holds and Weyrs are the same and the basics such as ranks, dragons, crafts, and such. If we do anything out of the Normal That's because we want to have fun and let imagination fly. It's fun that way and interresting to see how things progress from it. But we will not do things that are simply silly or impossible. We want to keep things as realistic as possible. So if you think "no that isn't right" are you sure? And if you really think that PM one of us and give us your point of view. So that we can either help you undestand why we are doing it. Or see if we may just be jumping the gun because we personally think it is fun. An example of going out of the normal. The dragon colors.

If you read we put why the dragon colors are there. I based it all on a scientific view, for I know a good amount about evolution, skin pigments and so forth. Not to mention the dragon's were rushly altered and since they were not given enough time to fix anything that may happen, things over time can start to change the dragons. I chose the 6th Pass because of timing, it has been long enough for ANYTHING to happen to the Dragons or Whers. They can get flus and die, they can grown larger, or they could have a new color hide.



One more thing I would like to bring up is Time in the Weyr. Akalla and I are thinking that to be realistic, time should be the same way. Meaning a month in our Time is a month is Weyr time. Yes things are going to go a looooot slower. If this irritates anyone then you can leave, no one is forcing you to stay here. The only reason we sped it up for now was so we could have enough eggs on the sands so that we have a good amount of riders to have interaction with. Meaning after the new hatchlings from our current 3 Queens have been born A Turn will go by fast so we have a lot more full fledge riders. From there on Time will be slower. Now that the Queens can fly they will fly at least 3 times a year, So every few months they will rise and will clutch. And each clutch will have to wait a full Year to be full fledged riders in a Turn. We have other surprises at hand and you will get to know them when the time comes.

We also want time to be slower so others can interact easier. To know what the time setting is and everything. So that you won't be confused if it was a day later when something happen or if it was a Turn.

NOTE: Those who have been injured in the Storn of lesson7! It has been well over maybe even 4 months since that happen. So everyone should be fully healed no matter what. Just a reminder for everyone because people have been confused and asking.



I hope you all understand this was put up because of what has been building and what we will not tolerate, forgive the harshness but we have tried to be gentle about it. That did not seem to work, this is a warning. Things can get sterner, or harsh. I do not want it to get to that. But if it does, it does.
