Does anyone wish to be the next Weyrlingmaster? Or the Weyrlings Assistant? Anyone but the Queens and Weyrleaders are qualified to be the next and newest Weyrlingmaster and Assistant. If you already have 4 characters this will allow you to have a 5th, you may choose the color of dragon. All but the newest ones for they have yet to "populate" the odd color genes. If this isn't your 4th then you can consider this not a " numbered" character. Just a side free be.

The assistant is just a sub Weyrlingmaster. For example if the Weyrlingmaster is detailing the Weyrlings on the lesson then allows them to start. The assistant will be a second pair of eyes making sure all the pairs are doing okay or if they need any help. Giving the Weyrlingmaster time to keep track of everything and everyone, as well as help out with others so that no one is left behind or confused.

Now if you wish to be a Weyrlingmaster. You can set the dates on when you would like the lessons to start so that you can handled them at your own leisur. But the shortest they may be is 7 days. And no longer then 21 days per lesson. When Threadfall is in action and the wings are flaming the Weyrlingmaster will be there to direct the Weyrlings on what to do, where they can go to help. And once the dragons are old enough to fly and learned how to go between they can send weyrling-riders with bags of firestone to riders that need bags of firestone when they deplete their own.

A Weyrlingmaster is a high title given here in Crescent. If you wish to be one you must know Pern inside and out. And know what is needed to teach each lesson. For any reason you are stuck on a lesson and need help. PM Me and I will gladely have R'en help out if needed.

It's also a position that in the books has a high turn over rate do to the WM seeing his or her students Go Between to not return.

oh thanks guys, since Cryptic already has a character in for Assistant I'm cool, no desire to be the master, since I need to do a bit more learning as far as RPing and even Pern goes.

You haven't said anything about what I sent you... did I do it right or did I mess it up? B/c I'm not sure if you're just contemplating or whether I made a big mess of it, or if you didn't get it... or something.... just wondering whether you're waiting for me to do something....

We will inform everyone once the Weyrlingmaster and Assistant has been chosen. Right now we still have time before the clutches are born. So please be patient. I did recieve all the PMs sent. We are just seeing who is interrested, it's like applying for work.
