espresso martini

Ingredients:
(Use a bartender’s shot glass or a measuring cup for two ounces.)
1 shot: Brewed and chilled espresso or dark roasted coffee
1 shot: Kahlua
1 shot: Stolichnaya Coffee vodka
1 shot: Stolichnaya Vanilla vodka

Stir or shake together, then serve in a chilled martini glass. Sip slowly and remember the best of times.

as for the lagers, there's not much to choose between Stella and Maes Pils (I'd say on a par with the dutch Amstel and Grolsch or the french Kronenbourg 1664)
