Title: Guilty Pleasures
Description: Darla & Gerard

Jessica McClain - November 18, 2007 09:18 PM (GMT)
So far today had been really good, Emma was sleeping through the nights finally, both Christopher and Veronica went to work early so she was alone, and Jessica didn't have work. So why after such a good day was she at the door step of the Master of the City? Good question? Why couldn't just she go get her answers about Gerard on a bad day? Because Jessica knew that if she didn't do it now then she would never do it. Fuck.

As Jessica walked up to the estates front door she sort of froze in her tracks. She didn't know what to do. Did she just knock on the door? Or would someone open it when she reached it? So far Jessica knew nothing about richie people, other than the Blackwoods, and she knew even less about rich vampires. They just confused the hell out of here. Gerard had given her at least ten new dresses in the past two weeks. It seemed to Jessica that he didn't want to see her in anything but a dress. Once again, maybe it was just a vampire thing but they really creeped her out. So why was she going to go see the head hancho? Oh yes, to get answer. Right.

Pushing down on her red dress Jessica tried to make sure that nothing was out of place. When she was nervous it seemed to be that she always touched her clothes or tried to fix her hair. However, everything was in place so she didn't have much to fix. So this made her even more nervous. Lightly twirling her finger in her long brown hair Jessica bit her lip as she stood outside of the door and waited for someone to open it up. She had already knocked three times like a good little girl.

Finally a human opened the door to let her in. They asked who she was and Jessica just replyed that Gerard had sent her. Which was a lie, but hopefully it wouuld get her in. It did. Soon they had wisked her away to where hopefully she could meet Darla, Ms. Master of the City, aka Jessica's fear. They came to a sort of office where it would assume that Darla did her buissness work or something of that kind. The human said he would wait with her until the master had arrived. Oh goody.

"Hopefully this is a good idea." Jessica whispered softly.

Darla Strigoi - November 19, 2007 06:46 AM (GMT)
It had taken her roughly two weeks, but she had finally come it seemed. Standing up from her chair in the library the moment she sensed the arrival of the necromancer, Darla started walking at a lesiurely pace towards her office, reaching it 10 minutes after Jessica had arrived. She had had the police telling her whenever necromancers arrived in her city ever since she took control, and she had known about Jessica and her daughter Emma for a while now. And she knew of her tie to Gerard. Tonight would be interesting.

Steping into the office, Darla dismissed the manservant with a nod of the head and he shut the double doors behind her as she walked towards her desk, offering her hand to the necromancer from over it, playing nice and using human customs despite Jessica obviously knowing she was a vampire.

"Good evening."

She wasn't going to reveal that she knew both Jessica's name and that of her daughter unless neccesary, if Jessica told her fellow necromancers that the Master of the City had somehow known her name then it would only be a matter of time before the ever suspicious co-workers realised that the police were attached to the vampire.

Jessica McClain - November 19, 2007 11:10 PM (GMT)
Once the Big Bad stepped into the room Jessica couldn't help but shiver slightly. She could feel the master's power level and it was very frightening. Lets hope that this was just a friendly visit and nothing would happen between them that would end up in bloodshed. Give you one guess who would be the dead one on the floor. Oh and it wouldn't be Jessica. So right now she had to just play it cool and talk, nothing fancy with the gun. That would cause open season on her ass. Once again, BAD IDEA.

As Jessica got her first look at the Master of the City she couldn't help but stair slightly. The woman in front of her was very beauitful, even if she was a vampire. Jessica had an uncomfortable urge to touch her skin and to actually see if her hair was really that color or was it just an illusion. Nah, it was. For some reason this vampire captured Jessica with just a simple movement. Was that good?

Taking the vampires offered Jessica just smiled and nodded. She couldn't shake the fact that this vampire could break her hand with just a simple flick of the wirst. Oh yeah, scarry to be in the same room with someone like that, no? Forcing herself to not show on her face the fear that this particular vampire infllicted on her. Jessica just kept smiling and acted as if everything was normal. Bullshit.

Sitting back down on the chair Jessica couldn't take this anymore. She was never any good at small talk and just wanted to jump onto the reason why she was here. So she did. "My name is Jessica McClain. I know that you are the Master of the City, and I need some answers. I have been well...dating Gerard. You probably already know all of this because I've heard some of the servants talking about you. That was one of the reasons why I thought you could help me answer some questions. So lets just cut the shit and get this done. Sorry if I seem rude but it saves a hell of a lot of time." Jessica smiled over at the vampire and prayed that she didn't bite her head off.

"How long have you known Gerard? How powerful is he? Is he dangerous to anyone who gets in his way? Do you think that he would become Master of the City?" Jessica started to ask questions as if they were right in front of her and she was reading them off of a chalkboard.

Darla Strigoi - November 19, 2007 11:26 PM (GMT)
Taking note of every little shiver and timid movement, her power feeling the fear rolling from the woman despite her hiding it well physcally, Darla tried not to smirk at the necromancer. Dating Gerard and yet so scared by vampires. True, she was not the every day vampire Jessica had occasion to meet, but nor was Gerard. Interesting, even more so than she had previously anticipated.

"Time is one of the things I have in plenty Jessica, do not fear for wasting my time."

Allowing her smile to take a tinge of teasing to it, Darla settled in for what promised to be an amusing interview with this young necromancer conquest of Gerard's.

"I have known Gerard 'on and off' as you would say for all of my vampiric life, as for his power I shall leave that for you to gauge. Human concepts of power are different to ours, and I would so hate to make a mistake that would cause an error in your calculations. Anybody who gets in his way does not remain there long, as is the case with myself, and I do not find that you have properly distinguised the last question. Is that a 'could he given the opportunity' or a 'will he be taking the position'..?"

Jessica McClain - November 19, 2007 11:55 PM (GMT)
Wow, she actually some what answered her questions. At first Jessica thought that she would be offened that Jessica had been so rude. Oh well, it wasn't liket hat now. So Jessica guessed taht it would just keep going at this pase until she ran out of questions or Darla killed her. Though Jessica was hoping that the latter wasn't the one to come. Being a live was pretty damn good right about now. Even if some parts were so fucked up, living was still better then the alternitive.

Looking over at Darla, Jessica tried to just think about what she could say next. Also one of the bigger things would be to avoid the vampies eyes. Number one rule in the book. Or really the number one rule would to be just avoid vampires, pesky little devils. Then again, it seemed now a days that Jessica was surrounded by them. First Gerard, and now the Master of the City. What next? The Dark bitch?

"If give the oppertunity for Master of the City? I want to know now because I sure as hell don't want to be dating the Master of the City. No offence to you, it sounds like a great job just not for a relationship. So just tell me now, so I can either stay with him or get out of it now."

Darla Strigoi - November 20, 2007 12:36 AM (GMT)
Still smiling at Jessie with that hint of teasing to it, Darla settled more comfortably in her chair and folded her hands into her lap. The scent of fear, a tiny bit of lust and the gun and other weapons Jessie carried assaulting her nose so that her brown eyes travelled along Jessie's body to where the various weapons were 'hidden' from sight. Entering her home with those weapons could be a rather risky business for the young necromancer, but Gerard seemed to want to keep her so killing her would put a dampner on such plans.

"He does not want and shall not be getting such an opportunity, so I find speculating on such things a waste of that time which you seem to hold as precious Jessie. Now, tell me why you are really here."

Jessica McClain - November 20, 2007 04:05 AM (GMT)
Well crap, it had only been about five minutes together and already Darla thought that she had an alterier motive. Ok, she did but then again taht wasn't the point. Jessica had to get better at her people skills and hiding her motives. Or she was going to be screwed if she persued this whole vampire thing. With Gerard it seemed to be that he was honest but not so honest at the same time. Confusing as hell, but Jessica could understand him. All of the other little vampires confused the hell out of her. Much like right now. She had only spent a few moments with Darla and already she was confused.

Jessica's face started to even out so there was nothing left but a blank stare. She didn't show any emotion in her eyes nor anything else. Was she going to tell Darla the real reason why she came here tonight? Yes, because it was save time and somewhat hopefully get her the answer she needed. Darla may have all the time in the world, but Jessica sure as hell didn't.

"Ok I want to know exactly how dangerous Gerard is. I'm sure you know that he wants me to be his human servant so I need to know exactly what that entitles. Tell me everything you know about him, or at least some things that would help me choose if I will become his servant or not. I want the truth so no vampire tricks. Deal?" Jessica said in a very nuetral voice.

Darla Strigoi - November 20, 2007 07:22 AM (GMT)
So the neutral face had appeared, and rather quickly too. That if anything comfirmed that Jessica did indeed have other reasons than standard intelligence she could gather from other sources than the Master of the City herself, and Darla steepled her fingers over her lap and waited for her to speak with that exact same smile present.

"Gerard is as dangerous as only vampires who have lived this long can come to be, for we do not get to survive and attain power if we are weak. Such is the human race too, as you should know. Also within both the human and vampire races is the fact that there are different levels of danger for the same situation, for Gerard can be as dangerous as he wishes depending on the moment, just as I can or even, given the chance, yourself with your guns and other little weapons."

Tilting her head in a visible gesture, Darla left the smile and twined her steepled fingers together into a relaxed fist which she kept in the lap of her dress.

"But I do not feel that this is a fair deal, for you are getting answers to your questions and I am not getting anything save your company, and whilst that is an interesting thing it is hardly a level deal. What do I get that will make it a deal Jessica?"

Jessica McClain - November 21, 2007 10:43 PM (GMT)
So in other words Gerard was very dangerous to her, and she should try to stay on his good side. Great, she was taking a psycopath. Scratch that, a vampire psycopath. So far the dating game hasn't really improved for Jessica in the past year. She had already lost her late fiance to a werelion in Paris, and raised him by accident when she was seven months pregnant with Emma. Oh yeah, that was a great morning to wake up to. Having your dead fiance laying in bed holding you like it was just another day. In a way it was very creepy, and yet Jessica took that time to finally morn her loss for him and to work on her powers. He told her to go back to America and to live a new life with Emma. So that was what Jessica did, and now she was in a new relationship with a crazy vampire that had the hotts for her.

"Thank you for the information Ms. Strigoi." Jessica said as she was about to rise from her chair to leave. She didn't have any more questions at the moment and personally wanted to get the hell out of there soon. Being next to someone with this much power was starting to make her shiver in her boots.

Then something stopped her and Jessica sat back down in here seat. Darla wanted something. She said for all of the information she would get something from Jessica. But what in the hell could that be? Blood? What would a Master vampire want with her? Jessica gave the vampire sitting in front of her an empty face as all of these questions ran through her head.

"What is it that you want Ms. Strigoi? I am in debt for the information that you have provided so ask and I will do." See, Jessica could speek vampire, not never well but she could do it. Right now Jessica just hoped that it was some information back and not something crazy like her left big toe. You never could really tell when dealing with vampires, because of those crazy laws.

Darla Strigoi - November 21, 2007 10:53 PM (GMT)
Giving a soft chuckle that echoed slightly through the room not with vampire power but the natural acoustics of the room, Darla waited for Jessica to return to her seat without moving a muscle, her body totally still and cool.

"My dearest Jessica, I did not answer your last request. You asked for all I know of Gerard, and yet without me telling you what you asked you wish to leave?"

Bringing her hands up towards her chin, she steepled her fingers again and rested her chin on her thumbs, her fingers brushing her crimson lips, knowing it would bring attention to her facial features. She wanted to test a theory whilst at the same time making more human movements, an attempt to make Jessica relax more. The shivering tension in response to her own power was making the air vibrate unpleasantly, making it almost irritating to Darla.

"No, I wish to know what you think of Gerard before I tell you what I know of him. That is a fair exchange is it not?"

Jessica McClain - November 23, 2007 10:47 PM (GMT)
That last comment stopped Jessica in her tacks. She was hopign to get out of the room with out the vampire in front of her stopping her, but we all know how well that happened. And right now Jessica felt like she was in a mouse in a corner with a cat looking down at her with a hungry look. Not good at all. Jessica just gave Darla a very blank look and tried to say very calmly, "Frankly because you scare the living shit out of me."

Then once Jessica sat back down in her chair, Darla asked her something she wasn't really expecting but fare. Jessica looked down at her hands and tried to think of an answer that would be good. Though the only thing that came to her mind was something very neggitave. She was scared shitless of Gerard, and didn't exactly know what to do about him. He seemed to be infactuated with her, but was Jessica the same way? Of course, he was a really attractive guy and he did have a lot of power. He also seemed to want to share that power with her. Jessica's only thought was for keeping her daughter safe with that power, and to make a better life for herself. That was the only thing that Jessica wanted.

"I think that Gerard if very dangerous and powerful. I do not know why he is so interested in me, but it seems that way. He is very stubborn and forceful, and believes that a woman should be given everything that she wishes because it is her right. I do not agree with a lot of things with him. I do believe that he has power, and I wish to embrase in some of that power to protect my daughter. I can no do this alone, so I came to you for information. " Jessica said as she looked over at the Master of the City.

Darla Strigoi - November 24, 2007 12:28 AM (GMT)
"My apologies for causing such a reaction Jessica, for I have toned down my power for your benefit. I applaud the sensitivity of your power."

Smirking slightly against her fingers, Darla stared at Jessica, not moving her eyes from her face. The fear in the human was enticing to her power, it wanted to wrap itself around her and warp her emotions, she was such a perfect canvas on which to manipulate emotion. She could barely control her own emotions, and to have Darla toy with them would only make her worse at controlling them, and making it all the more fun for Darla. But she also knew that playing with Jessica in such a way would not be beneficial to their talk.

Listening to Jessica, Darla gave a soft 'tsk' and sat more upright in her chair, waving one long finger in a 'tut tut' motion before smiling in a deceptively innocent smile.

"You can do better than that Jessica. I do not want what anybody can tell me, I want what only you can tell me. Try again."

Jessica McClain - November 27, 2007 11:08 PM (GMT)
Why in the hell were vampires so damn confusing? Jessica couldn't fingure out why Gerard and Darla seemed to like to play mind games with her. Maybe it was a way to show that they were the Big Bad in town, and Jessica was just a necromancer. However, she had once been told that necromancers used to control vampires in the old days. Jessica didn't think she could control anyone with her kind of power, and she didn't like the idea of ordering people around like a slave. It was bad enough when she had to raise zombies almost every night and order them to do what the nice lawyers said in order to do her job. Jessica had to raise zombies or it seemed that her power would leak out and they would raise on their own. Strange thing power was, and very frustrating at times. Like now it was frustrating because Jessica could feel Darla's power when she was even trying to hide it.

Looking at the vampire that sat across from her, Jessica tried to think clearly. She wanted to know exactly why she asked Jessica to name something about Gerard taht no one else knew about. She didn't even know him that well, because hell she just started to-- date didn't sound like the right word and living together sounded to serious-- buisness partners. So Jessica had to really think about something before she opened up her mouth again to answer the Master of the City's question.

"Darla I don't know what you want from me. I don't know Gerard that well because we have only really known each other for about two weeks now. We've slept together, and I've felt his power. Though I think I only got a taste of it and that is terrifying to me. His kiss is intoxicating like his breath can touch more intamate places on a woman's body then anyone should ever touch. He asked me to raise a zombie for him, and I raised two by mistake. I think that he really had that planned for me because he never said which one he wanted raised. So he is clever in a sick kind of way. He doesn't really act human if you are around him. Though at first glance he acts like a human like me. It is very confusing man, vampire, when it really comes down to things. I don't know what to tell you really, because I don't know him. Not really." Jessica explained her answer and she hoped that this wouldn't upset the mistress. Even though she knew that the answer wasn't that well planned because it was just little thoughts all in her head spoke out at once.

Darla Strigoi - November 28, 2007 04:19 PM (GMT)
"How can you sleep with a person, feel their power, spend two weeks around them, and still not know something about them that the public eye does not see Jessica? Listening to you it seems you know enough about him to of answered me."

Smiling at Jessica, Darla's eyes roamed slowly over the young human's face, taking her in and memorising her every feature, her scent, the way she moved when she spoke, the sound of her pulse and the blood whispering beneath her skin. Gerard must have a use for her, and no doubt she would be seeing more of Jessica in the weeks to come, culminating in her eventual move here.

She and Gerard had already spoken about this young woman, and had in no uncertain terms established his annoyance at her constant attempts to shoot him or cause general irritation to the household. Intrigued, Darla had suggested Jessica come to stay with her to better learn the art required to live with Gerard, but wether or not she returned to the Anlui manor depended on if she either wanted to keep the necromancer for herself, if Gerard wanted her back, or if she grew tired of the human and decided killing her would be faster. Time would tell, but she would make use of that time by studying the woman before her.

Jessica McClain - December 7, 2007 11:47 PM (GMT)
Great she didn't have to answer any more of Darla's questions. Wasn't Jessica here to ask the questions not answer? It was really starting to become frustrating when being around vampire. Jessica didn't know why she was still staying with Gerard, because she knew that in the end it would just end up in more vampires. He was a very powerful vampire that was shacking ing up with the Mistress of the City. No such a great thing to get involved in that. Jessica's grandmother would aways say that it was rude for a man to have two women at the same time even if they were only friends. Jessica wasn't really sure about her view on this subject yet, but so far it was getting easier. She didn't have to sleep with Darla, and she knew that Gerard and to feed form someone other than her or he could "love her to death." Also, Jessica had refused to donate blood to him. If he wanted some then he could do it like all the other little creepy crawles got it, donations or loyal junkies. Though, Jessica was getting off topic, she needed to keep her mind clear and start to think about what she needed to ask Darla.

"Darla what are your plans with Gerard? I want to know exactly what I've gotten myself into. I want to know everything about him so there are no surprises in this little arangment. So if you could just please tell me some things about Gerard, and if you wont or can't then I'm leaving. You might have all the time in the world, but I don't. I need to get back to my daughter. So if you would please sure tell me and hurry the hell up." Jessica said as she leaned over a little bit. She wanted to try to look forceful but it just came out rude. Dealing with something like this wasn't her best thing. Dealing with vampires and trying to use body was even worst. She didnt' know that she was showing to much skin in her little red dress nor did she know that the vampire sitting in front of her was gazing upon Jessica as if she was a mystery and power.

Darla Strigoi - December 18, 2007 01:18 AM (GMT)
"As a necromancer, your affinity is with the dead. Lycanthropes are very much alive, just as vampires are very much not. You hold the potential, if given the chance, to control such as us. To be able to control a thing you must have some knowledge of its workings Jessica."

Arching a brow with a ghost of a feral smile that she ensured was slow enough for the human to see, Darla watched Jessica lean forwards and stood from behind her desk in a soft rustle of skirts, though she herself made no noise. Stalking over to the seated woman she trailed her nails over the warm flesh of her shoulder, keeping the blood she had taken from one of her servants away from her fingers, leaving them near icy.

Bending down slightly from behind Jessica, her mouth near her ear so that had she of had breath it would of stirred her hair, Darla let her nails drift to the base of Jessica's throat, teasing gently at the soft beginnings of the blush Jessica had started at thoughts obviously either embarassing or arousing, though Darla knew it was embarassment due to her power.

"You would do well, my dear Jessica, to remember that if I do not wish you to leave just yet you will not move from your chair without my say so. Your daughter is with Gerard is she not? The very man you are so infatuated and scared of and you have left your daughter with him, she has been entrusted to his care. Despite knowing she will be cared for with the utmost gentility, I would have to ask you Jessica...."

Trailing off slighlty, Darla's nails trailed lower, moving between Jessica's breasts without so much as brushing over a non-innocent piece of flesh, and trailed down so her hand was hovering over Jessica's womb, where she let her power move forwards and recall the emotions tied to that area. Memories of Emma but they were weak enough to be pushed away should Jessica of wished.

"....are you sure it is I who should be being questioned about Gerard, when it is you who is so very trusting of him with so precious a thing?"

Jessica McClain - December 18, 2007 01:57 AM (GMT)
Jessica just watched as the vampire in front of her stood up and walked closer. It took a lot of her will power to not stand up and back away into a all or just go run screaming out that door. Then again, Jessica doubted that she would get very far if Darla wished to keep her around. She knew that up against a vampire like her, she was going to lose. A gun could only do so much damage to a vampire but in the end if you didn't have a back up plan you are just screwed. However, right now Jessica didn't have to run for the hills screaming because Darla hadn't done anything bad yet. Keyword to always remember with vampires, yet.

As soon as Jessica felt Darla at her back she could feel the vampires power pour over her. It was cool like the wind but still made her worst nightmares feel like child play. The touch of cold lifeless finger tips brushing across her skin made Jessica shiver. Though it wasn't from fear, it was from being close to something dead. She was a necromancer so her body or well magic, or ability, sinced when death was near. And she deffently know when it was cressing her body and was so dangerously close. What scared her the most was that it felt good. Being touched by a dead thing felt good. Was she turning into one of the monsters?

Though that thought soon vanished when Darla spoke of Emma. She knew that it was a mistake to bring in into this world. Jessica glared straight forward and tried not to move under the vampire's touch. Though once the ice cold fingers trailed down to her womb she couldn't help but flinch slightly and watch the hand. It seemed to make lower parts of her react in ways she wasn't comfortable with. Jessica wanted to move that hand away from her but knew that would only upset Darla. So she just tried to ignore everything and focuse on what was coming out of this newly discovered bitch's mouth.

"Gerard has given his word that he will not harm Emma. I know how you vampires work with your word of honor. It wont be broken once given. He said that he wants to provide for my daughter and myself. I couldn't back down from the offer because all of the monsters in this city. Also he said that he could help me to find out if Emma will become a necromancer like myself or not. I trust him with Emma because she is an innocent child." Jessica said as she pushed back all of the memories of Emma that swept across her mind. She knew that it was Darla doing it and it wouldn't work. It was a dirty thing to do, and it just pissed Jessica off.

"Now if you wouldn't mind getting the fuck out of my head. I didn't come here to play mind games with you. So far you have just ripped appart every decission I have made with my life. I came there to get to know what I was going to be up against. I know that you and Gerard are close so I thought I could just ask you. Now you've only played mind games and only a few answers. So if your don't touching me and fucking with me. I'm leaving." Jessica slapped the vampire's hand away from her stomach and stood from her set. She was getting the fuck out of there before something bad happened.

Darla Strigoi - January 1, 2008 05:48 PM (GMT)
Doing nothing but smirking from her bent over position Darla tilted her head and looked up at the now standing Jessica, no longer keeping with the farce of humanity and let every inch of her deeper nature show through her eyes. She had felt every moment of fear, anticipation, anger and lust within the necromancer as she had spoken and touched her, and it only made Darla smile the wider, the tips of her fangs showing.

Standing to her full height, arms spread out in what would normally be a 'do not shoot i meant no harm' gesture, Darla kept her head tilted and inhaled visibly and audibly, making it look as though she could smell something wonderful that she had to keep breathing in.

"Why Jessica, leaving so soon? We have only just begun to get to the answers you came here seeking. I can smell your enjoyment of me touching you, hovering right beneath the fear and righteous anger you think you have. Are you angry at me, or at yourself because you know that what I say is true, Jessica?"

Taking a step closer, one arm moving to be by her side and the other reaching out to Jessica, Darla trailed now warm fingertips down Jessica's arm slowly with a hint of her power behind it but so that not even the necromancer would feel her using it, and let that little moment of a more lustful reaction to her touch spread a bit further within the other woman.

Moving slowly so that she was infront of Jessica, still touching her arm in lazy patterns that would feel good even without the added power, Darla lifted her other hand to wrap slender fingers around the curve of Jessica's waist and teased there in imitation of her fingers.

"Now, Jessica, you will sit down and be civil or we will move to less..comfortable..means of discussion. Do we have an understanding?"

Jessica McClain - January 8, 2008 11:36 PM (GMT)
Jessica looked down at Darla’s throat. She knew that she couldn’t look the vampire in front of her in the eyes. Number one rule, with any vampire, was never look them straight in the eye. But with Jessica’s could make it up with being tougher and having more bite to her threats. She knew that if Darla hurt then she would have to take it up with Gerard. No, Jessica wasn’t a hundred percent sure about this little fact but it could possibly hold up in a bluff for her to get out of the house and away from psycho vamp. After meeting the Master of the City Jessica knew that, she didn’t really want to be spending that much time with her. Hell, she had a hard enough time just dealing with Gerard let alone a vampire who didn’t like her. Jessica made a mental note to never leave the house with out at least one more dagger and extra clip for the Browning.

Moving farther away from Darla, Jessica tried to shake her head in disagreement. She knew that she had liked when Darla’s nails ran across her skin, but that didn’t mean that it was right. She wasn’t going to do anything with the Master of the City. She had come here to get answers and so far, she has been left with confusion and scared. Were all vampires like this or just the ones that she knew? Part of her head and body were screaming for help and telling her to run for the hills. The other part of Jessica wanted to be closer to Darla, could be the necromancer in her or the pure physical attraction.

When Darla had brushed her fingertips on Jessica’s arms shivers irrupted through her body. The desire to touch her was stronger then before. The fear of the vampire was still lying underneath a thick wall of lust and need. Jessica didn’t pull back when Darla moved closer, but allowed her fingers and hand to be placed on her body. It seemed like it was wrong, but part of her wanted to be touched by Darla so badly it almost hurt. The need to be touched by a corpse was over whelming.

Wait, she was a corpse. A dead thing. You don’t fuck or want dead things.

Looking up at Darla as if she had just done something unbelievably abnormal, Jessica started to pull away. Darla was dead. Darla was dead. This thought ran through her mind continuously until the concept was grasped to the full extent. Jessica moved back away from Darla shaking her head as if to tell the vampire no. “Darla no. No, I wont sit back down. What ever you did, don’t do it again. I’m leaving.” Jessica moved her body around the room forcing her back against the wall. She had to get the hell out of there before things got worse.

Darla Strigoi - January 18, 2008 05:22 PM (GMT)
Watching Jessica start to give in then recover her usual personality, the thought flitting over her face cleasrly enough that Darla did not need her powers to know that Jessica was thinking on reasons why she could not and should not be touched by Darla or vice versa, most likely the lack of being alive if the previous reactions of other humans were anything to go by.

Watching the necromancer backing up against the wall and shifting towards the double doors of her office with a neutral and slightly bored expression, Darla flicked her fingers and the solid click of lock tumblers sliding into place eased through the room as the only escape route was locked from the outside. When she spoke it was with an almost mothering voice, as though speaking to a chlid that insisted on doing something silly and pointless repeatedly despite being told countless times it was not worth it.

"Jessica, I did ask very nicely that you stay in your seat. I would like it if you did so before we have a falling out and make things difficult. You want your answers and I have them, should you ask the right questions. Now, sit back down and let us finish this conversation like civil women and then you can go back to Gerard, he whom I believe was the subject of this riveting conversation was he not?"
