On the streets he looks like a normal guy, but under all of this clothes he does have a few scars that were given to him when he was attacked, one of which is a claw mark on his lower back and another on his shoulder.

Personality description:
Brodie is the type of person that doesn't care what he looks like because he believes that what is in your head and heart and not on it is what matters. Most of the time he looks scruffy and hasn't slept in months, but Brodie honestly just doesn't care about his appearance. Some of the best times he has had is when he is in pajamas and just reading a book on a lazy Sunday afternoon. He always enjoys trying new things, and if it is deep fried he will eat it. Though his mother's cooking is what really captures his heart. He is a wonderful listener and person to talk to when it doesn't involve women.

When it comes to women Brodie just doesn't understand a single thing about them and wishes they came with a text book manual. He has never understood why women gossiped about who is having sex with who, nor has he ever though about how badly he butt looked, or cared about grooming himself for hours just to go buy food. Brodie could live with some female friends but as soon as he realizes they might be looking for a relationship he is out of there.

Though there is something that Brodie does understand and that is teenagers. He can joke and be friends with his students, but know when to remind them that he is their teacher. Being a lycan hasn't affected that at all either, because he can control his beast well enough to not lose he cool when a few ... little angel piss him off. Though the thought of reading Romeo & Juliet, Hamlet, and Shakespearean sonnets to them in detention is a nice little threat too.

History:
Average, is something that would be considered to describe Brodie O'Doyle's life. His parents run their own little bar 'n grill on the restaurant drive, The Sham Rock. Most of Brodie's childhood was spent running around the old bar and at the park with his older brother Conner. The boys were always getting into trouble and driving Molly crazy with foolish pranks on their baby sister Lillian, playing with the family dog Toby, and sneaking cookies out of the jar at midnight. The family wasn't wealthy but they knew how to keep their heads above water.

As the years passed for the O'Doyles the children grew up and started high school. Conner was always trying out for sports and hanging out with his older friends, and watching over Brodie and Lillian. Lillian was the little social blond girl, everyone wanted to be friends with in Junior High and then turned into a cheerleader as she got older. Brodie mostly spent high school with his two best friends Alison and Micky, and stayed home on weekends reading. Mostly throughout his high school years Brodie had a rather large crush on Alison, but couldn't find the words to tell her. They went to Prom together their last year of high school, but still as friends. He could never find the words to tell her just how much he loved her. Lillian tried to drop hints to her all of the time, but nothing ever worked.

After high school Brodie went to Miami State College where his older brother had been attending for the past two years, and they became roommates. While at college Brodie was getting his teaching degree for high school literature, and spending the rest of his time with Alison. It would take Brodie at least another three months before he got up the courage to ask her out on a real date. Turns out that she had the same feelings for him as he did for her and had didn't realize that his feelings were the same.

Soon a few dates, turned into a few months of dating, turning into and engagement. Brodie and Alison seemed to be the perfect couple for each other, and their families were very happy about the idea of the wedding. However, both Brodie and Alison were virgins and had hoped to give themselves to each other on their wedding night. Brodie was fine with the idea because he knew that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Alison and start a family with her.

However, almost nothing goes according to plan when you are in love. On a cool summer night a month before the wedding Alison and Brodie were sitting alone in his apartment watching a new movie on the couch. Brodie had kept teasing her lightly as he always did, but it wasn't until Alison suggested they go into the back room and enjoy each other's company a little more did the night turn south. Alison hadn't told Brodie that she had gotten a lycan vaccination at the beginning of the year and was now a werepanther. Nor had she informed him that for the past three months she was a werepanther for the local pard. So as they both were starting to become very intimate with each other unable to wait any longer. Alison had been very good at controlling her beast until her climax and she lost all control and shifted in the middle of the sex. By the end of the evening Alison was with the pard and Brodie was in the emergency room with very serious energies. The doctors didn't know if he would turn into a lycan or not, because it was such a rare form of lycanthropy so they sent him home and asked his family to watch him.

A week later, Alison finally came to Brodie's apartment after several calls from him begging to see her again. He wanted to have her explain to him what had happened to the both of them, and why hadn't she told him about it. After a few hours of holding his crying future wife Brodie relaxed her enough to get a few bits and pieces of the story out. However, by the end of he night Alison would no longer be the future Mrs. O'Doyle. She thought that she was a monster and was sorry for destroying Brodie's chance at a future for teaching children. No, matter how much Brodie begged for her to stay with him, Alison no longer wanted to be in the relationship she destroyed so she left him. That night was the last night that Brodie saw Alison.

It took him months before he finally recovered over the loss of his fiancé, and started to work on his school work again. Brodie was now more determined then ever to become a teacher. He could keep this lycanthropy a secret from everyone because no one knew it was the real reason as to why Alison and he broke up. He hadn't even told his parents or Conner about it, just Lillian. He wanted to hide himself away and just try to live a normal life the best he could.

The next few years were just a blur of studying, blind dates that his family and Micky set him up on, and his big brother getting married to Monica. Brodie was very proud of his older brother for finally settling down and stop fooling around with anything that had two legs. After graduating from college with his teaching degree, Brodie started out to find a job for himself. After a few months of looking, he found a job at one of the local high schools. It wasn't his dream school but it did seem to be very appealing to him, large yet small enough to know each of the kids names. Brodie was content with his life at the moment, because he also had gained better control of his beast.

On May 11 of his twenty fifth year Brodie found himself holding in his arms the most beautiful baby girl he had every laid eyes on, and she wasn't' even his. Monica had given birth to Heather just a few hours ago and had named Brodie the Godfather. Brodie had gladly accepted and told them he could babysit anytime they wanted a night off. Then every other Saturday morning he came and played with Heather, and had Sunday breakfast with his family as well.

A few more years had passed and nothing much changed, Brodie had moved out of his small time apartment and into a small house just on the outside of town. Other then that Brodie was still teaching at the same high school, spending every Saturday morning with Heather, eating Sunday breakfast with the family, and trying to avoid Micky when he suggest a blind date. Something that has changed, however, was Brodie's control over his beast it has only become stronger over the years.

Writing Sample:
Why did he let Micky talk him into this? Brodie didn't want to date anyone. He didn't like to date. Hell he started to stutter when he sees a very attractive woman! And trying to understand them forget about it. Brodie didn't want to date women at the moment because he was far to busy with Heather and school right now. If some woman did happen to want to have a nice lunch with him and not try to make a pass at him fine. If a fellow co-worker wanted to talk a little buisness ok. As soon as the woman wanted to talk about serious relationship or intimate feelings Brodie had no clue. Forget it.

So once again, why did he let Micky talk him into a date? A blind date! Brodie let out a sigh as he shook his head and ran his fingers through his hair. He hadn't had time to shave in the past week or more so he had a little bit of a scruff to him. Though besides the scruff Brodie O'Doyle cleaned up rather nicely if he did say so himself. He was even dress up in a button down shirt and a clean pair of jeans, much nicer then his usual tattered jeans and old band t-shirts. Ok so he looked nice, that still didn't defeat the fact that he was going on a blind date.

Letting out a sigh, Brodie gave one last glance in the mirror before he walked out of the bathroom to hear Micky honking the horn of his Jeep trying to hurry Brodie out of the house faster. It was going to work. “Here goes nothing,” Brodie said to himself quietly before jogging out of the house to meet his blond hair blue eyed great leg doom.
And the rest:
Anything else? Nope.

Did you read the rules? Oui, ma petite
