ABOUT YOU
Name: Lily (Tara)
Age: 26
Contact Info: The usual
How you found us: As above

CHARACTER INFO
Character name: Aibell (also Aoibheal, or Aeval) ~ literally means "burning fire," which may have been a byword for the notion of ‘ardour’ ~
Nicknames: Abby, Dreamweaver, 'Fairy Sweetheart'
Character age: Human years - 19; Vampire years - 1630
Birthdate: Midsummer's Eve, 359 AD
Gender: Female
Bloodline: Sired by Belle Morte ~ But Soudre de Sang of her own bloodline
Level: Master ~ Soudre de Sang
Her power is a twist on the ardeur that Belle Morte's line carry, but can be just as addictive if not moreso. Aibell's line are the dream weavers and fulfillers. She has the ability to know what a person's most desires and needs are, and fulfil that role. Even to go so far as her appearance altering for each individual. Her bite can send someone into a dream-state or fantasy of their choosing if she wishes. She can heal one's hurts or fears, or drive one completely mad with desire. She herself can also actually roam outside for an hour or so after sunrise and before sunset, though she is weakened out in it, and cannot be outside when the sun is too high (thought to be a trait only available because of the partial sidhe blood she was born with). She can literally feel someone's desire as though it is her own.
Strengths:
Natural seductive quality, she's a people magnet. Ability to go out in the early morning or evening sun (must go to sleep mid morning though, and always carries a parasol to shade herself slightly since she is still sensitive to it). With a million looks at her disposal, she is reasonably veiled from the world. Flora and nature enhance her strength. Can feed from desire (desire in general, not necessarily sexually related). Speaks English, French, and Irish Gaelic. Her animal to call is lions.
Weaknesses
Along with silver, she is also slowed down slightly by cold iron. Occasionally a piece of the woman who rests beneath her many veils may be glimpsed by one whom she may roll into fantasy. True affection and caring toward her are uncommon without use of her power, and slightly offputting. She is attracted to the sun and its warmth and therefore enjoys roaming in the early morning or evening, despite having the resistence of a human during that time.
Weapons carried on person: She has a Gaelic sword that's romoured to be enchanted, but there has been no solid proof.

Hair colour/style: Light, dark, medium, it looks different to everyone
Eye colour: As above
Portrayal: Jessica Alba

Physical description: Aibell can shift her image to look however a person desires her to, this is mostly done with a mixture of glamour, harmless rolling, and the ability to manipulate her own form just slightly. Most of the time it is smaller features that change; hair colour/style, eyes, skin tone. It is difficult to tell what her true form is exactly, but she has been referred to as a 'Gaelic Goddess' of sorts. Her height and weight do not generally change, and she stands at a small to medium height of 5'4, with luscious curves and soft skin.
When it comes to dress, she has a penchant for variety and can go from modern day fashion, to a more classic look. There is one thing that does not change about her though, and that is a tattoo she has low on her right hip of a curled up fairy. Likely a testiment to her rumoured fae blood.

Likes: Men, women, lions, flora, sex, fae blooded, formal events and dancing
Dislikes: Betrayal and treachery, bad manners, idiots/fools, attempts to use her, and uninvited prying into her personal life
Fears: Discovering what it is that her own heart truly desires
Nervous habits: She really has no use for nervous habits, but can use them for the comfort of others

Personality description: There's really not much one can decipher about Aibell, since she is able to become that which one desires. Ten different people could be around her and each one would see and hear someone different than the others. If anyone was ever able to become close to the real Aibell (if she exists), then they might possibly learn what kind of being she actually is. Though, from past rumours, she treats those who are loyal especially well, and those who are treacherous strangely disappear without a trace, or go mad. She has never been known to use force on anyone in enjoying her company, and no one can tell whether her intentions are benevolant or malign. She is simply Aibell.

History:
Aibell's true history is quite the mystery, she speaks nothing of her life before she became Aibell, and is content for it to remain that way. And stories since are etchy at best, since she had a talent for disappearing and reappearing. However...

It is said that there was a time when Belle Morte was intrigued with the fae kind and their inhuman beauty and grace, and often took them as lovers in her bed, forsaking any other suitors she had during her escapades with sidhe, both men and women. Apparently during this time that she sired a young woman named Abigail MacMannon, and renamed her Aibell.

It has never been confirmed or denied about whether Aibell had been a human with strong sidhe blood in her, but she became one of Belle's toys and served her for quite a long time, around half a millenia, until the Beautiful Death realised that she had begun to become addicted to the girl. No one could explain it exactly, but the power the younger vampire weilded was almost a mutated form of the Ardeur, and just as addictive if not moreso.

Not long after she was sent away, she disappeared completely, or at least seemed to have. There is speculation that perhaps she returned to the country of her heritage and spent time living among Faerie, although her presence could be felt on occasion through songs and tales about the beautiful woman who could inspire fantasies, but would drain you of your life ~ referred to as a Leanan Sidhe; a Fairy Mistress, or Fairy Sweetheart. It is unknown whether they were referring to her or not, but coincidence wass too great.

Especially since she reappeared as the wife of a noble some time in the 1300s, and was referred to as the maiden of victory in times of war.

She seems to have flickered in and out of the watchful eyes of others, usually somewhere either in the UK, France among the vicinty of the Vampire Council, and more recently, the US since Faerie was shifted here, but she had never appeared for long.

Until recently, as her presence is beginning to be felt around Miami. Its unknown whether she has shifted there for her own reasons, or whether there is a deeper lying intention.

Writing Sample:
It was drawing close to sunset, and there was only one unliving creature roaming along the shoreline in the evening sun, a blue summer dress clinging to her knees where the cool water splashed as she enjoyed her stroll. She had chosen to wake early this evening, craving the warmth of the sun on her skin, and wanting to know it from the perspective of the new city she occupied.

No doubt her presence would have been felt by now, but she was not a travelling Master of any City, nor was she blood oathed to anyone. A power unto herself, Aibell had revealed to no one her intentions, or whether she even had any.

As she continued in her lazy walking, a young man out for an evening jog approached. He didn't seem to be concentrating on anything in particular except the music that was screaming into his eardrums through the earplugs of his iPod. But when his gaze flickered upward for a moment, he froze on the spot, unable to take his eyes off the Gaelic Beauty. He stopped and pulled the plugs out, smiling at her like he'd found something he'd been looking for his whole life. "Excuse me, are you new here? I don't think I've seen you before."

Aibell smiled at the man, a fit youth and one who knew what he wanted. She spoke, her velvet Irish lilted voice flowing inside the man as he continued to stare, "Why yes, I am." She smiled sweetly, her demeaner that of an innocent young woman who almost seemed lost, as his desired fantasy played out.

"Would you like a guide? I've lived here my whole life and can show you all the sights." The man grinned like a cheshire cat, unable to believe his luck.

Tilting her head, Aibell continued to smile at him, "That would be lovely, thank you. You're too kind. I'm Abby." She held out her soft hand for him to shake, and he did so graciously, that smile never wavering.

"Paul, and its a pleasure to meet you." He lifted her hand, and kissed the back of it lightly and she considered him. He'd noticed her hand was cool, but didn't mention anything, but that was fine. She'd warm up properly soon enough with his assistance... And then afterwards it would be time for her to play catch up with an old acquaintance.

And the rest:
