Though I hate to bury Darla's thread with such, I am in need of one too. I have already gotten one or two offers for the position, but recent developments has made it hard for me to keep track on whether they still want the job or not. Therefore, I have created this thread in hopes that anyone who wants the position can come here. I am open to any body, be it human (though they wouldn't be very good choices since I couldn't feed from them every day or they would die), lycanthropes, as well as other preternatural baddies. If you want the position feel free to post here with the name of your character, what exactly they are, and the reason for wanting to be my pomme. I will allow this thread to stay open for about 2 weeks (hopefully by then I will get some type of offer) and then after that I will decide, out of who posted here, will get the job. Reason: I would like Zephyr to be Sigurd's Pomme de Sang, because I think that so far it has been good for me to play as a submissive character and as a Pomme de Sang. I feel that Sigurd and Zephyr could create a very interesting and, possibly, intimate bond between each other. Thank you for your reply Zephyr and though I do think an interesting and close relationship could pursue, I doubt intimate. Sigurd is currently in love with Rhia and though secure with himself around men who prefer men. Is not really into men so much himself. So though I doubt he would mind you having your own lovers, even if you showed affection before him, I doubt he will have any such feelings for you...Sorry. Though I do think you are right that they would fit and I pleased to say that you are definetely very close to being my pomme. I shall give it a few more days, but it won't even be as close to the original date I set. I will only keep the position open for 2-3 more days and then you will have it!

If you can hold off until tomorrow, I'm working on a new character now (Female...Lycan leopard) if you're interested after I get her accepted I'll sign her up :) But the profile won't be up until tomorrow at the earliest because I will not have time tonight to do it ^^;

That is fine like I said, two to three more days. Though I feel a little bad having to choose between people. Too bad vampires can't have two to three. I honestly don't know how they have human pomme de sangs since they would not be able to feed from them more then 3 times a month (otherwise they die and become vamps).

Reason: I would like Blair to be Sigurd's Pomme de Sang because I feel Blair could be everything Siguard could be looking for. By this I mean that she is submissive like most Pomme de Sang's should be, she's a wereleopard so she isn't really human, and she's noble. If she promises to do something she will not break her promise. It's a binding contract for her. I think she would make a good Pomme de Sang.

Thank you for your application and I have to say, all very good qualities for a pomme de sang. I like it because being a were-leopard means that we have more common ground and that because I am your Nimir-ra she will know that you are safe living with me (for a pomme must live with vampire so that he can feed off them when he awakens). You both have made my decision very hard and I will look over both characters and applications with much scrutiny.

OFF TOPIC: I don't think I have made this clear so I just wanted to write this now. As some of you who might have read the books have seen, the relationship between vampire and pomme de sang can sometimes be very sensual, with the feeding being as such. Sigurd in no way feels that way. He is the type of person who picks a pomme out of friendship and loyalty and not by how good looking they are or how he feels sensually about a person. With that said, I would just like to warn all those looking to be my pomme that in no way will a real relationship (other then close friends) pursue and the bite in Sigurd's eyes will not be sensual (so please do not roleplay that it feels such if he does choose you). To Sigurd the bite is more like take several drugs at once with the bad side effects (addiction, death, etc). You get a feel of euphoria as well as other affects, but in no way will you get pleased in a sensual way. I just wanted to make this clear so the person who gets chosen does not begin writing their descriptions as if they are getting aroused for Sigurd's bite is not like that, adn I won't tolerate it.

Ok, I think I have decided who will be Sigurd's pomme de sang. I just want Kay and Kris to know that it wasn't an easy decision, and that I thought very long on the matter (which is why it took more then 2-3 days to decide). In the end I have decided to use Blair (Kris's character), mainly for one reason. I had looked over both your profiles extensively and could not choose anyone between the two however, after taking a look at the other character's you play I was able to finally make my decision. I chose Kris simply becuase Pierre (Kay's other character) is already a pomme de sang for Guy. Kris is not the pomme de sang for anyone with any of her characters so I felt choosing Kay again, when Kris hadn't had a chance to be one would be a little unfair. Any way that was my decision I am sorry to Kay for not choosing you, but I hope you understand my reasoning. Kris please pm me when you get the chance so that we can set up a thread to meet.
