CHARACTER INFO
Character name: Circe
Nicknames: Mistress, Queen
Character age: As old as the legends (been around a couple millenia or so)
Birthdate: Never kept track
Gender: Female
Species: Immortal Siren / half Sidhe
Level: Incredibly dominant
Strengths: She can roll other creatures, including vampires, lycans and fey, she is inhumanly strong and fast, can shift her form between a number of different human variant looks (combined glamour and actual ability to shift), can grow translucent shimmering fan-like wings under her arms and shift her legs into the a fish's tail for fast swimming. She can hold her breath for as long as she wants and has the ability to sit completely still like a statue, sometimes giving the impression that she might be a vampire. She weilds a seductive power equal to or, on the odd occasion during specific moon cycles, possibly stronger than the ardeur. She is able to coax the beast from a number of different lycan species, causing them to shift, and hide her presence completely if she wishes (though it can be taxing). She can mimic any human-like emotion and make it more than believable, to the point of almost fooling herself. And those who fall for her 'siren song' charm are compelled to remain loyal to her. Also holds a power over sea creatures and merfolk.
Weaknesses She must remain near the ocean for sanity reasons more than anything else. When feeling weakened or tired she can become vulnerable and must submerge herself in ocean water for some time, whether in a bath or in the actual sea itself. She doesn't like being refused anything and is quick to anger, her moods generally fluctuate often and quickly, almost borderlining on schitzophrenia. She is prone to being sensitive and attracted to the lustful nature of others, it draws her attention and often she will want what is on the menu under her boot heel if it looks tasty. She's been hidden from the outside world for quite some time though has returned in recent years but is still learning about technological advances. Allergic to iron (due to fae blood, it makes her incredibly weak) and dislikes fire (it hurts). The moon also affects her moods and power in a similar way it does to the tides. She also has a severe jealous streak.

Physical description: A stunning vision of loveliness at an average height of 5'5, Circe is fine framed, yet curvacious, with milky soft skin, golden hair and deep sapphire eyes. Her skin has a pearlescent glean to it in certain light, especially in the moonlight. She is a master of masks, able to hide any ounce of emotion that might possibly exist within her. She could be a fountain of rage and still appear deceptively calm and happy. Her clothing depends on her mood, and she can be known to change outfits a number of times each day, and often spends time in practically nothing. She wears clothing that allows her skin to breathe and refuses to wear anything while on her private beach.
In her alternate form which takes on more her elemental nature, she has a fishtail like a mermaid with scales of brilliant blues to match her eyes. Her skin becomes paled with the slightest hint of blue shimmer that many wouldn't notice, and her hair becomes completely pale, and her eyes seem to flow like the ocean with life.
Her sidhe glow is unique due to her siren blood. Her skin becomes a beautiful pearl glow, with rainbows that shimmer and move about, and her hair glitters brightly with starlight.

Likes: Control, orderly chaos, respect, loyalty, the feel of her nails digging into flesh, whatever noise she can force from the mouths of others, the ocean, animals
Dislikes: Anything too restrictive, treachery or betrayal, humans
Fears: Being burned alive again (its happened before, it really hurts)
Nervous habits: None, but can fake them if she has to.

Personality description: Circe has always carried the knowledge that she is a being of perfection, to be honoured, obeyed and cherished by all. Disobedience is punished without the blink of an eyelid (she has been known to actually eat those who truly stoke her ire). She sees life, and death, as simply a game, something to amuse herself with, and she views the world as full of pawns, though occasionally can be surprised by individuals, and then seeks to either claim or destroy them. She's met very few who come close to being considered worthy equals or rivals along the years though and finds herself disappointed when 'the game' is won too easily.

History:
Circe was born many, many years ago, the daughter of a siren Queen, Perse, and a Daoine Sidhe royal (and at the time thought to be a sun God) whose name at the time was Helius and who also happened to be one of Belle Morte's many lovers. She was born into blood of faerie and siren, giving her a natural gift for charm, persuasion, and a confidence that she could simply have whatever she wished.

As she grew and her name became well-known around Europe, a number of stories were created about her. One was that she turned people into animals if they disobeyed her, this was based on a farmer having seen her using her talent to coax shifters into changing into their animal forms one night, and resulted in her being worshipped and given power over the area for quite some time. She had a natural talent for seduction and sadism, and no one, even vampires, could resist her if they happened to catch her eye.

Circe even had a run in with Belle Morte at one point, when she'd cheekily decided to seduce one of the vampire's favourite men. Outraged by the insolence, Belle punished her man by continuously using the ardeur on him but refusing him any sexual release for an extraoridarily long time. She then decided to repay Circe by taking one of her favoured men.

The siren's reaction had been to send the offending sexual organ to Belle with a thank you note, and a detailed description about the slow process she used. Filling her lover with pleasure through melodic crooning as she disemboweled him, managing to keep him alive so he could watch her cut off his genitals, gut him, and skin him, lastly followed by cutting out his treacherous heart, which he probably saw for a few seconds before his dead body was send to be chopped up in pieces and served to her pets. The heart she ate herself. The entire process, he was torn between thinking they were having the most glorious sex he could imagine and what he could see happening with his very own eyes.

Circe's lack of humanity was her strength, she lacked the ability to feel remorse for anything. She made her decisions and that was final, if someone disagreed then whatever resulted what their own fault. This was how she lived for years, taking or being given what she wanted when she wanted it, being waited upon, governing a large portion of a few coastal countries and many islands. Until she was betrayed by mermaids on one island and she found herself being burned alive. She survived however, and hid for a long time in a deep recovery sleep in a cavern her mother had told her about, filled with jewels and gold and trinkets, and she remained there in solitude for some time as she healed the wounds, her sanity slipping even further as she dreamt and dwelt on the betrayal.

In time, her 'siren song' drew creatures back to her once more and she learned that it wasn't just she who'd been targeted, but all sirens and the only other living one was married to a vampire. As she gained more servants once again, and even a leviathan companion. Slowly she reintegrated herself into the world, learning of the newer cultures and changing her image to suit, but always her mind lingered on what should be hers and the different places she could stamp her name on.

Through the aid of some of her new servants, she opened a Swiss bank account where she was able to deposit vast amounts of gold and jewels and had herself a nice little fortune. She then decided to leave Europe for a time, though not before writing her 'dear friend' Belle Morte another letter to let her know she was still alive and well and looking for some new entertainment.

Recently, Circe has found herself fascinated with America, a country where vampires and lycans have legal rights and seemingly live in a much more ordered fashion than what she's witnessed in the past. She's bought a mansion conveniently set by the ocean and including its own private beach area, and large pier for her private cruise liner. And now she simply can't wait to sink her claws into some fresh juicy meat... and resume playing 'the game'.

Writing Sample:
"Bad boys and girls must pay penance..." The woman strolled along as though there was nothing in the world that could touch her. The empty private beach silent save for the soft crunch of the sand beneath her bare feet as she stolled around the pier. She stretched, her skin glowing pearlescent under the moonlight. "I told you that if you ever disobeyed me, I wouldn't be happy. So now you just have to suffer the consequences."

"... isn't that right, my love?" She crooned in a motherly fashion as she moved slowly beneath the pier, where a young man was strung upsidedown by his ankles, his gut sliced open and innards hanging down over his chest and face. He was still alive, just... He nodded at her slowly, a stupid grin painted upon his face.

Circe circled him, running her fingers across his thighs as she pondered for a time, ignoring the pleasurable and painful shudder her actions sent through the man who was currently at the 'Queen's mercy'. She had wanted more information on the big players in this city, Miami, and all he'd returned with was what she'd already learned in passing on the beach and streets.

Never trust a commoner to do anything right, she thought to herself. Her nails began to dig into the soft flesh, causing the man to begin screaming in a mixture of ecstacy and agony, creating a tune inside her head. Then it went silent as he came on himself and his body finally gave in to the eternal darkness, but Circe's mind was already busy planning her next day. She decided she might go into town, maybe do some shopping, sweet talk a few pretty people to bring home, and perhaps find out more about the power players here. She was bored, she craved entertainment.

Leaving the body where it was, Circe's gaze turned to a shadow in the water, and she nodded to her favourite pet who had waited patiently for his Mistress to be finished with his food. She then realised that she had blood on her fingertips, and prompty licked them clean, a craving for flesh building slightly. Her eyes glistened deep blue as she thought about what might be on the menu tonight.

And the rest:
Anything else? Explanantion on the 'siren song'. It is not specifically an audible song, simply what the power she weilds is called. She can breathe it like air. However, it is most potent when she does give it extra power through vocalisation, even if its just a whisper.
