Issac walked through the streets of Miami. He watched everything around him. He could hear, smell and see thinks that Mortals couldn't. The sound of cluttering claws of the rats in the drains. The mixed smell of the Vampires, humans and Lycan's which populated the city mixed with the smell of smoke and sea air. Issac wondered, he didn't really care as to where he was going or what he was doing. He was simply wandering. Amdiring the the future had brought. It's funny, how the future changes things.
Issac emerged form the back streets and alley ways before the Large gothic church known to the locals as the Saint Mary of Grace. Issac had picked up from passing conversations that the church was and accepting place for all who entered it. Human and supernatural alike. He walked to the stairs of the church and looked up. No, a church wasn't for him. Images and memories of the last church he entered flooded his mind. He shook them off.
ISsac walked over to a statue which stood not far from the door and leaned upon the stone. He watched those that frequented the streets. Wondering how it was that they could live the way they did. Completely oblivious to the world around them; and the dangers within that world.
Min-Hei was doing some sight-seeing around the city. She'd been here for a few weeks and yet hadn't gotten around to seeing everything around her new home. The small Asian lycan had heard of the large, Gothic-style church and figured she'd go in for a visit. She'd loved the old church back in Moorebank...or any kind of Gothic-style structure...they were so beautiful in their haunting and eerie construction.
She was dressed simply: a white cotton sundress that went down to her knees and seemed to float as she walked. It didn't look provocative, and yet showed off her legs rather nicely. On her feet were simple white sandals, allowing her carefully-painted toenails to show. Min-Hei's dark hair was worn down, a few braided pieces woven with white flowers fell in random places. She looked almost like a sacrificial maiden brought to the altar of some dark god. If she intended the look, Min-Hei didn't show it.
So the young hyena stood on the steps of the church, gazing with wide, brown-colored eyes up at the towering structure. It was beautiful...Min-Hei smiled and fished into the army-style messenger bag for her camera, taking it out and snapping a few pictures of the front of the church. It was amazing...how lovely it was...even surrounded by more modern buildings. Smiling, the young hyena started up the steps towards the entrance.
