Title: ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Description: MULTIPLE TANKS

:Help!: I HAVE A 200 GALLON,CANOPY AND STAND SET UP, CURRENTLY RUNNING.I ALSO HAVE 3 EMPTY 15 GALLON TANKS.I WOULD LIKE TO TUCK AWAY THE 3 15'S UNDER THE 200 GALLON (INSIDE THE STAND) TO USE AS GROW OUT TANKS OR FOR BREEDING ETC.MY QUESTION IS WHAT WOULD BE THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY OF FILTRATION/HEATING.I MEAN IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT ALL 3 TO ONE CENTRAL FILTER/HEATER.I'M TRYING TO AVOID WASTING ELECTRICITY (i.e.MONEY) AND MAKING A BUNCH OF NOISE WITH THREE MORE FILTERS.I CURRENTLY KEEP SEVERAL PEACOCKS,DEMASONI AND 1"LONE WOLF" BUMBLEBEE.ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. Well for filtering you could just get a larger air pump and split the lines and run sponge filters. As far as heaters just buy a heater for each 15 gallon that will only run you about $30 if your in the states. Wiggle it just a little bit! HTH

running on air will probably be the most effient for noise, electrical bill, price... You can get pumps that are almost silent, then part the air line 3 ways and put a sponge filter in each. Sponge filters will definetly be good enough for 15g tanks, thats what i use... In canada the whole filter system would cost no more then 100$ with pump, line, valves and filters. good luck!

Good Job Sounds good! But where exactly do the sponges go?I only have experience with the emperor hang on type and the rena 4stage cannnister is what I am running on the 200 gallon.i'm having trouble visualizing does the sponge go inside or outside of the tank? C.H.I.P.S

I agree with the above advise. Sponges are the way to go.
The sponges go in the tank and are "air pump" driven.
Here is an example
