Maybe we should have a reviews section somewhere. Just wanted to share that I ordered two Sunpaq compact fluorescent bulbs from Drs. Foster and Smith. One of the bulbs worked fine, the other was quite dim. I called Drs. Foster and Smith up, expecting to have to return the defective bulb in order to get a new one. They apologized several times, and told me to just dispose of the defective bulb, and they would immediately ship out a new one, no charge. Now that's customer service. the Clap
thats great news and great service. I'm surprised you didnt have to send it back for them to return it to the manufacture and they get a new one free of charge rather then out of their own pocket. Great service to boot!
