Anybody feeding flake food these days? What are you feeding and where do you buy it?

I've feed discus flake and regular tetra flake. I either get it from Big Al's or That Fish Place.

I feed spirulina flakes, as well as my own mix of pellets from several manufactures. I think my fish are spoiled. I also feed veggies and alittle frozen brine shrimp every so often. All of my products are purchased from a small locally owned shop here in Colorado.

I use Extreme Aquatics and I get it locally.

Brian Shrimpton was the company's spokesman at the
OCA last November, but I was already using it!

I like the product very well.

I use HBH Veggie Flake and Omega One cichlid formula.

I'm not a huge fan of any type of pellets.

I purchase all my foods at the LFS.

I use omega one cichlid flakes "specially formulated for the CRLCA" (not sure how true that is) for newly released fry until they are big enough for nls...... I buy them from the CRLCA in 1 pound bags...its a pretty good price

How much?

$25 for 1 lb
they also have "super colour" flakes in 1 lb bags for $30
it's a pretty good price considering the best I have ever found around here (for any omega one flakes) was the 5.3oz (150g) jars @ $17
