With this poll I like to find out what the your favorite type of fish food is. What is YOUR preference?

I don't want this to turn into any type discussion (that Derek's area of expertise). It also does not matter who the manufacturer is (except for the home made Tres Bien! ). I also don't care what is or should be or might be the better food. All I like to do over the next month is to establish what YOU feed YOUR cichlids. If you feed more then one type, please check more then one.

Well, we have 27 votes submitted and I dare say that we have a clear trent toward flake food. Now that in itself is not a surprise to me but having frozen foods ahead of pellets is and personally I am quite happy about it. It would be nice if we could leave this poll open to see what happens over time with more members voting.

Derek, is there any chance to have this poll in a more prominent place to get more exposure?
