Mine is nothing impressive. I built the fishroom before I was in any clubs so I wish I had known more.

That is a really nice setup! What size of growouts are you using?I like the fact you used all the space to the ceiling! Well laid out

Derek

All the fry start out in 2 1/2 or 10s
Then they go to 20s
then 40 breeders or 55s
Some of them end up in my 90 or the 150.

Like I said earlier. I wish I could redo the room but its not big enough.
I would like to replaced the them with 40b or 70s.

The 90 is in my family room and is full of AER's.
The 150 is in the club room with 2 29's. Not allowed any more in the other rooms. Sad

The fish room is only 9' x 16'. When I built the room, I said I would never fill it. Oh well. I have been thinking of taking one side of the room down and building it back for larger tanks. Of course I would loose some numbers.

Wow, what a nice fish room! I hear you that you learned a lot and would do things differently, but that's still one heckuva setup! :D

Misplaced eh .........Giggly Giggly Giggly

Ted, it appears that you did not look at the "How too...." pictures. Believe it or not, but the wood work is actually WOOD Nanananaa http://ca.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/buntbarsc...lbum?.dir=/6ae5
The water changes on my 24 tanks take me about 4-6 hours every Saturday morning. Some people spread it over the week but I am just too tired (lazy) to do WC after I come home from work. That's when I want to sit, relax and watch my fish. There is lots more space for more tanks but that also means more work and I am just not willing to do it. Maybe when I'm retired. :D

Patrick, you must be spending quite some time in your fish room to take care of your set-up. Everything sure looks well maintained and beautifully clean. Very nice Cheers!!! Cheers!!!

finman57 - July 4, 2007 12:46 PM (GMT)
I try but I wish I had drilled the tanks.
Been in there since 6 this morning doing water changes
