So i went to my lfs today and saw this guy. once again the cichlid-forum profiles are wrong in saying these max out a 8". this Giant male is 10" long, and 4" tall body! the only realso i bought this was becuase of his giant size. Usually when i see fish this big they look old with tattered fins and skinny body with no colour, but this guy had perfect no fin rip, and a healthy full body with ok colour. im sure his colour with come out alot more now that hes in 125g. For size reference, Larry and derek have seen the Protomelas spilonatus mara rocks i got that were huge, well this guy has 2 inches on the biggest spilo male!

no unfortunately he is much to big and probably too old to breed. i would say these guys breed in there prime from 3-6" and this guy is far beyond that. the only reason i got him was i had never seen one this big, aswell as i went in yesterday to BA's spending 1200$ on new tanks so the practically game me this guy for free....

my parents are already pissed at me for having 4 tanks..
and like bradley has like a whole freakin fish room!
hes got everything.. and the fishes i want..
im gonna go cry in the corner because i feel like a kid that just bought his tank compared to bradley..
but any how.. nice fish :) never ever went malawi's though...
maybe bradley can convince me to join the "colourful" side
oh and bradley, dont worry about the CF profiles, they havent updated them in a while.
they even said tetracanthus were "mildly aggressive"
they also should update their pics for them. some of them are worse then mine..
and Seans pics arent that good..

king city is pretty far away from my place..
and in this weather, no car, bus is my only long distance option.
my parents never drive me anywhere. i used my bike so many times that it has a hole in it and i didt pierce anything. theres just a really small hole that air leaks out of..
but i would love to check out your fish room..
