Title: hand feeding frontosa
chelsie - February 1, 2008 12:04 AM (GMT)
Anyone tried to hand feed frontosa?? Should it be done early on, or wait til they are more mature??
What do you feed those little creatures? I give them pellets and they will not eat, they had a few flakes last night, but today nothing.
any advise would be great................ Hmmmm

Chelsie, these boys need some "real" food. Pellets won't satisfy them.
I was feeding mine mysis, raw shrimp meat, earth worms, guppies and large flakes.

Turning white and stripes getting lighter????
I cannot help you on this one but,,,if I were you,,,I'd start a thread on "discolored Frontosa" or "sick Frontosa"!!!!! And maybe some pics if you can.
That might catch the eyes of our Frontosa lovers on the forum. Good luck.
