What type of food should i use for baby Malawi cichlids (1-2 inches)? I have 2 overflows in my 200 gallon tank, so i need food that will drop down NOT float into the sump. Could i use bloodworm?

Bloodworms may cause bloat if fed all the time. Try New Life Spectrum. There are a range of sizes available and it sinks. You could use flake if you want just soak food in a small cup till it sinks and feed your fishy . Here's a link for New Life Spectrum (NLS). Thank you cturner for that info. My LFS told me to feed them bloodworm and i had a feeling it was not a good idea, cause they also need their greens.
