And naturally, your first post (that I saw) is of a fish that I just got rid of and makes me want him back!
Have you had problems keeping your males coloured up? I was only about to get one wild pair when I got mine, and had several youngsters growing out with them at about 2-3 inches, but my male never stayed coloured up nicely unless it was spawning time. I think there were some "infertility" problems as well, because their spawns were few and far between, and the female would rarely hold full term. Even when she did hold full term, the clutches were very small.
