Hey guys,
i just got in from the hamilton fish meet as i type... Finally met larry, derek. Met alot of other cool people there. Picked up some suplys for my 75g malawi crqb tank. I have a big piece of holey rock, some slate, some corkscrew vals, a piece of anubias nana, and their tank mates, 3 juvie whiptail catfish from charlie drew.
Brad

I'll try to get pictures up soon, ive just been really busy. It really is a nice setup with a "masculin" touch!

Really curious to see the crab-fish interactions in that tank as it develops!

Are you going to put fish in that tank, Brad?

It looks great, very manly. Giggly

They don't require any areas to come out of the water?

Really cool crabs. I like the set-up as well.

Hmmmm I might have to try a light blue background on my tank that has black sand. It doesn't look so dark that way.

Not so sure about plants and crabs in the same tank they often cut the plants or uproot them,,,as I see they may have been doing.
Malawi Crabs are never found in planted area's they like rocks!

Cheers,Larry

ya, all the plants were uprooted in a matter of days lol. i just got another trio of the blue crabs and there in a 75 alone with a pretty crazy "coral-garden" covering over half the tank. The blue corals provide so many hiding areas, and raise the pH. also very attractive for aquascaping!
