"Grand Historian of the Month" AwardThe "Grand Historian of the Month " Award is an award to a non-staff member who is recognised for his contribution to this community for the month. It was designed to be a reward system for active members to encourage him/her to contribute to this community.
How the award works? You nominate up to three people (non-staff members) a month to receive the award. To nominate just PM me with the names or put your nomination in this thread. At the end of each month, we will compile the voting results for voting the nominee. The winner of the vote will inherit a custom title (an award) that is permanent (CHF Grand Historian Award). All votes are the same no one vote counts more than another.
When voting you should consider these things.
Must be an active on the forums. Makes meaningfull topics and takes time to make detailed replies to topics/threads.
Must follow this boards rules. While this won't affect people who have reveived warnings or still has a warning percent, we do wish to make sure they are kind friendly people.
If he/she has taken the time to contribute to CHI. If a person has contributed to our projects or translated some artcles for us and you think he/she deserves the award for that please go ahead and vote for that person.
Try to provide a reason why you have chosen this specific person(s).
You cannot simply put this person is a great friend and is cool to talk with or he/she helped me and their cool. If your reason is like these your vote will not be counted. This is not a popularity contest we are voting for active and knoledgefull members.
Please take note that Post Count and Joined Date do not matter at all. If you feel a new member is active and contributes then vote for him and not a member thats been here for one year.
After a month I will post the winner in this post. After I will tally up the votes, I'll PM GZ telling him to give the winner his new special tittle, All the posts for the previous month will be deleated once that month is over to keep this thread neat and organized.
Note that this award pertains to non-staff members (i.e. forummers)
