For pictures less than 50k, you can simply attach the graphics file to the page (see the section "File Attachments" whenever you start posting something).

For pictures more than 50k, you need to upload your picture to an imagehost. We recommend ImageShack at http://www.imageshack.us

After that, just copy the IMG code to the post.
