What exactly are these ?

This is what I understand:

K线: kandlesticks, or candlesticks

红线/阳线 vs 黑线/阴线: white vs black candle. Some of their proprietary charting s/w that plot white candle as red and black candle as black.

影线: (candle's) shadow.

日线 周线 月线: daily, weekly & monthly chart.

... 五月即将来临，国共经贸论坛本週正式登场，中国大陆是否会实施宏观调控，是否为市场增加利空讯息，以及五月份为报税季节，为市场增加了许多量缩因素，美国今 晚也将公布第一季GDP数字，市场看法偏空，预估将叫上一季衰退；而两岸政治因素不明，也将影响未来盘势，苹果电脑季报已公布，市场对Q2景气看好，相关 概念股可望受惠，五一长假也将登场，市场需求量不坠的走势下，原物料可望延续涨势。
