I wonder what cause it. Is it true becoz of football fever? So it will be rising again after the match is over?

There is no relationship. Sometime up, sometime down, after the World Cup.

American are never interested in the World Cup. To them, their football is a game
where they wear helmuts and try to smash their opponent down, grabbing a ball
the same as a "kana", like the one we call rugby. The world's version of football,
to them is like 22 clowns running after a ball... these words from an American
ex-colleague.

The US market leads the world market. Some years ago some put forth the
theory that the SGX has de-coupled from the US. They were finding all sorts of
reason to buy stocks and when the US kept going down they came out with the
de-couple theory. Can't hold water of course and the present prove the case.
Obviously out come the World Cup theory now. Another theory another excuse to
buy stocks. You think this theory can hold?

You have to do some homework yourself. Train your ears and mind to discern.
