Personally I never pay any attention to any price targets. You can never fully trust analyst reports anyway. Some recommend a buy so that they can sell to you. Others recommend a buy so that they can get more business from the compnay being recommended. You didn't pay for the report, and even if you did, you can bet your last dollar that the report is not written with your best interests in mind.

What you need to do is to determine the trend of the underlying security and trade in the direction of the least resistance. The sooner you give up on predicting prices, the better you will be able to read the tape.

a trick is to apply 20% discount to derive a trading target ;)
