I'm not sure if this would work but if you had Jowgen on the field (ability used) and my opponent was about to draw my parisite (I put in his deck earlier in the game)
would he be able to draw it or would it stay on top of his deck? |

yes I have used that combo to win my yu-gi-oh Tournament.it is useful in a tight spot.
