1. open up a new document (about 350-400 x 80-150 pixels) and fill with white

2. make a new layer and name it "Tech" and draw lines all across it till you got somthing similar to this...

3. cut some randomized parts of the lines out so you got somthing like this...

4. here is a few diferent "Techs" you can use to fill up some of the empty areas with...
remember that you allways can move a line if you need the space...

Tech #1: Diagonals and lines,

you got a big anount of straight lines there now... now you could make some diagonal ones...
remember to make 45 degree diagonals anything else will look horrid...
here is a few examples of how it might look

Tech #2: Doted and dashed,

you could replace some of the lines with dotted or dashed lines...

this is what i got after this step

Tech #3: Boxes and rings,

You could use either filled or empty boxes i will ad both to mine
so that you can see how it looks and choose for yourself:

i wouldnt use to many of those or it will probably not look to good...
however you could ad one or two

Tech #4: Other Techs

i will now show some different type techs that could be added to give it all a nice touch,

you can make your own aswell... and it will become a lil more uniqe

5. thats basicly it... replace the white layer with a bg and lower the opacity to about 60%

this is the end result
