Title: swallowing your tongue sensation

Ever wake up with the sensation of swallowing your tongue?

Perhaps I should give a little history. In yet another attempt to lose weight, I joined Herbal Magic last year. The program worked in the beginning. I lost 25 lbs in the 1st 3 months. It was healthy weight loss according to my doctor. Then my weight loss stalled to a stand-still. I spoke to the consultant and Herbal Magic and their only solution was spending more money and buying other supplements. I am a patient man. I stayed on the program for an additional 3 months. I found the program was too expensive and other than the initial 25 lbs, it did nothing for me.

I came off Herbal Magic in June of last year. Since then I have gained the weight back and then some. I don't know if this is a backlash effect of going off the Herbal Magic supplements. I suspect the weight gain has once again interfered with my sleep apnea. I went to see the sleep specialist. He told me that if I weren't able to get my weight back to what it was during my last sleep study, I would need to have the pressure on my machine increased.

Would the sensation of swallowing your tongue be attributed to the weight gain? Help!

I guess by the no-response I can assume no one else has experienced this problem?
