Title: CPAP Pressure
Description: Seems like no back pressure

I have a CPAP and newly diagnosed with moderate Sleep Apnea. I believe my setting if 7.5 on the machine. I read posts about people feeling the pressure when exhaling but I dont seem to feel that. Is that on a person by person type bases?

I do wake up at night and feeling it blowing out of my mouth. Is this normal?

Yes, I have just a nose mask.

Yes, it probably is different for each person. Another factor is your flow generator, whether it has the feature that reduces the pressure when you exhale, and the setting that is being used on the "C-Flex or EPR" feature.

No! If you sleep with your mouth open it disrupts your therapy. You might want to try; a full face mask, a chin strap to hold your mouth closed, or some people use tape over their lips.
