I am a new member. I have been on cpap for about 4 months with good success. I have tried several types of mask and now have nasal mask that I use most of the time and a full face mask I use when I'm congested. I'm interested in the cpap pro. My sleep clinic doesn't offer them to try and say that the succes rate isn't that good on them. I don't mind spending the money if I feel that the chances for success are good but I don't want to waste my money if not.
Thanks for any responses.
jpaulmcd,
I just got a CPAP Pro today. My first impression is that the tubing is very thin and looks like it could get kinked easily. The mouthpiece was fairly simple to setup, just boil it in water and fit it to your teeth. I will post the results for my first night tomorrow.

Well, I used the CPAP Pro for the first time last night. My feelings on it are mixed. One problem I experienced was some serious drooling due to the mouth piece. The instructions say this lessens as your mouth gets used to having the mouth piece in, so we shall see. I also had some trouble getting the nasal pads positioned right so they would not leak, but I eventually found a position that works. Once I got that taken care of, I was able to sleep the whole night with it on. My mouth was not sore like others have complained about. My nose also wasn't sore, which is a nice change from the nasal mask I was using. I will keep using it.
