I have been using my cpap for about 5 months. My girlfriend says i dont snore anymore. Pressure is ok but i am still tired. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Brian, I'd suggest a repeat polysomnogram.
If the report shows that you're getting enough restful sleep, you can ask your doctor to prescribe a wakefulness agent such as Provigil.
If you still aren't sleeping well, it may be necessary to adjust your pressure or change equipment. For example, if your 02 desaturation is still below 95% or so, your doctor may want to add supplemental oxygen to your CPAP.
