What were they again and is that good or bad

When I first read the subject line of your post, I thought you were practicing martial arts or something. <grin>

AI = Apnea Index

HI = Hypopnea Index

AHI = Apnea/Hyponea Index

An AI of 0 is as good as it gets.

An HI of 5.9 isn't too bad. You may be able to get it down a bit by tweaking your pressure...that's something to speak to your doctor or clinician about.
