Is there any reason not to use auto machine over a fixed pressure .
I ask because a auto is the only one I have tried and I am thinking I will purchase the one I have at the end of the rental period , because I dont know any better.and I can set this one on a fixed pressure if I want ,havent done it yet

Jacko, an APAP can be set to a fixed pressure just like a CPAP. There's no reason I can think of to buy a CPAP over an APAP, other than lower cost, or maybe a smaller package.
