I was told that losing weight (along with not smoking and drinking) can help sleep apnea. I know working out and a good diet will help, but does anyone know any good weight loss products? I used to take ephedrine a while back, and that worked. But, people were taking too much and getting heart problems so they banned it. Anyone know of any good pills to help out with diet and to burn fat?
