The City Vargus:

A place of turmoil, ruin, and … surprisingly… hope. Fifty years ago the world was turned upside down by nuclear war. Now, the canine shifters have replaced human kind and taken up the ruins they left behind. In this city where crime, passion, and sin run unchecked, where gangs rule the streets, how will the canines fair? Will they return to the natural laws from before? Will they replace the humans and repeat their fate?

No one is safe from this harsh world, where even the young suffer… where the young aren’t always innocent… where even the young commit Minor Misconduct.
