- No fighting in Out Of Character.
 
- Respect everyone, specially staff. If a staff member tells you to do something, do it.
 
- There shall be no cussing in out of character.
 
- No stealing. This includes brains, muses, characters, and whatever.
 
- No off-topic signatures or avatars.
 
- In Character and Out Of Character are completely distinct issues and should not be mixed. That his character hates your character, doesn't mean the role-player of the other character hates you.
 
- Bumping is considered rude, and it is not appreciated.
 
- Use proper English, even when speaking in Out Of Character. Don't speak like this "OMG!11 wll u mke me a siggyz plz?!"
 
- No advertising outside of the Advertisements board.

- Every character you create needs to get its own account.
 
- Your account's username and display name must be the same than your character's.
 
- Your display name shall not contain any weird symbols. If you have an account called "Bandersnatch0111" we will assume that is your character's actual name.

- You need to wait for a staff member to accept your character's biography before you can start role-playing.
 
- You shall post your character's posts in the correct account. This means that you should not post as Rodney from Sparky's account, etc.
 
- You shall not spam my board. Posting twice in a row, or putting just OOC content in a post is considered spamming. Bumping is definitely forbidden.
 
- Don't try to challenge the Alphas until you have the correct rank. In other words, if you are Omega, and try to challenge the Alphas, get ready to get the entire pack ganging up against you.
 
- Don't put your character in risk of dying unless you really plan on letting them go - as if they seem to escape death all too often, you will get a warning.

- Any IC post made cannot be shorter than two, decent-sized paragraphs, of about seven, flowing sentences each.
 
- Liquid time is allowed, but it is limited. Your character is allowed to be in up to three threads simultaneously.
 
- Always use proper grammer and punctuation.
 
- Only posts made in third person are allowed.
 
- No chatspeak in the IC world.
 
- Wolfspeak is allowed, but it is very limited. If we see that your post are getting way too confusing, you could get a warning.

- You are allowed to have up to three characters. You need an admin's permission to get any more.
 
- No wolf/dogs, or wild-dog hybrids, or characters that are not wolves.
 
- You can't have two characters of the breeds: Artic Wolf, or British Columbian. Therefore, if you have a character that is a British Columbian, you can't have an Artic Wolf and vice-versa.
 
- You need an admin's permission to role-play a solid white or solid black wolf, and you can only have one of these black or white characters. You do not need an admin's permission to role-play an Artic wolf, though, but if you already have an Artic wolf character, you can't have another character that would be solid black or white.
 
- No perfect characters.
 
- You shall not join as a pup, or as a pregnant character.
 
- No characters with pasts like "the most feared fighter ever to set foot on the forests..." or mass pack massacres, or the classic 'little pup that survives on the wilderness on their own'. All character reputations shall be earned In Characterly.
 
- No wolves that are blue with star marking, or have the texture of a cheetah, or anything like that. Be. Realistic.
 
- You shall not edit the Form provided. This means you can not leave out fields (though these marked as optional can be left blank), add more fields, and use any other kind of HTML, or UBBC tag other than Bold and Italic. I don't want to see your entire bio centered, with red font color, or put into a table.

- No power-playing or godmoding shall take place in SOA. If you don't know what that is, then this site is probably too advanced for you.
 
- Deaths might occur, but you will need the other player's permission first.
 
- Only two dodges per fight.
 
- Hey, did you know there was a password hidden inside these rules? No? Well, you'll need it if you want to access the joining board. The password is: shrimp
 
- Fights shall be as bloody and as frequent as you wish, I don't care. Just remember that if your character ends hurt, he will be hurt for a realistic amount of time.

- There shall be no graphic breeding anywhere in SOA. You must understand you shall never role-play the actual mating, but you shall only PM a staff member and wait for the results.
 
- Force-breeding and Cross-breeding shall occur, but again, nothing graphic. If I catch one of you posting graphic mating on my board, you shall be banned, permanently.
 
- Any pups born shall be put up to adoption, but the role-players of both parents get to choose who adopts them.
