For all you girls who grew up in the 80s/early 90s,you might remember Jelly Shoes.



I used to have a few pairs of Jellies back when I was in Kindergarden.The elementary school I went had this playground where the sandbox was filled with tiny rocks.I used to get rocks stuck in my jellies since the picture I posted were the exact ones I had. :cool

LOL! I remember jelly shoes! I wore them a lot! They were great for bringing to the pool/beach because you didn't have to worry about them getting wet.

:elf yes! I had 3 or 4 pair. When I was in elementary...you were in the "in" crowd if you wore jelly shoes. The only problem was they were not playground friendly. By the time you went back in from recess you had dirt between your toes. :frostywink

Yes, I remember wearing those all the time! They were cheap! I remember the rocks gettings stuck in the bottom, and it felt like they'd go right through the shoe! I could feel the rocks under my feet and they hurt! then, my feet would be completely dirty after a day wearing them, and they'd make your feet sweat, too! :eww Despite all that... I still wanted to wear them all the time though!

Wow Jelly shoes. I practilly lived in them. They were my fav shoes blisters and all. Yeah pulling rocks out of them was always fun lol. And taling them off at the end of the day and finding the pattern of the shoe on your foot in dirt. lol.
