On a Cherry Merry Muffin site someone had,she had a dedication from some obscure new doll line called Little Sparklin Clouds by Mattel.When I saw that,it made me think of some of the toys from the 80s.I know it totally resembles one of the Moon Dreamers dolls.I just did some research on it and I found the this doll is on sale on Ebay.

Also the bidder said the doll came out in 2001.The person who dedicated the doll said the face looks alot like Cherry Merry Muffin if you look berry close to it.Or another doll line Mattel used to the Cherry Merry Muffin dolls was Disney it's a small world doll.
