Yes!! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in the U.S.!
We are celebrating today all the way up in Northern Ontario. My hubby has no choice in the matter! lol I bought one of those Butterball boneless turkey breasts (and of course I will have my sides of Sweet Potatoes and Acorn Squash). I may even delve into a South Beach recipe and make their dressing for an additional side. :)

So, how are all of you spending your day??

Sounds like you had a great Thanksgiving Erin! Your food sounds delicious! I noticed that the Turkeys in Canada were cheaper at American Thanksgiving than at Canadian Thanksgiving... (at least at the Safeway grocery stores in Vancouver). Is this true in Ontario too?

Anyway, one of the things I like best is Thanksgiving leftovers! I think I enjoy that more because I'm not as tired from all the cooking on Thanksgiving day! LOL

Yep! That is very true that turkeys here are cheaper during the US Thanksgiving. I was commenting on that last Wednesday.

I actually made a homemade stuffing with 100% whole wheat bread and I can't wait to add to it for Christmas! That's right girls! We will most likely be having a turkey dinner for Christmas too!!
