Here's 2 early 90s plushies I need help remembering because they were the ones I always wanted,but never got it. :hksad

The first one I remember is a Care Bear type plushie.You know how Care Bears has the symbol on the tummy,but this one had a secret chest on the tummy.It was a plastic round chest that came with a key.You kept your belongings in the plushie.The animal was usually a dog.

The second one is one I wanted berry badly which were a set of forest animals that wore fancy dresses.They also wore a locket and the doll came with a locket for you to wear.When you placed your locket on your doll it would fold out and give you a special message.

Can someone help me please?.

I found a toy called Guard Dogs here's the description:

A dog which had a locked hiding place where kids could put notes, jewlery, money, candy, etc. When the dog was lifted off the ground it would bark continuously until it was set back down.

omg i sooooo know what you are talking about, i have the vague memory of part of the commercial for the plush toy. its killing me i can't find it on the web or remember the freaking name :angry :argh

For the Care Bear type doll I will give you a description mary.

The doll was a white dog with a hot pink plastic tummy and hair.I also remember one of my friends had it.

mary,you should try to watch the commercial again on your tape to see what it is.

I finally found what those 2 plushies were remembered.Boy it took a year to figure all that out.LOL

The first one is called Secret Keepin Pups.It looks alot like a Care Bear,but instead of the symbol on the tummy,it's a secret chest to put jewels in it.On Ebay they are selling 2 of them.One is purple and pink.
