With new characters, fillies, playsets, and themes being released, how is Bandai doing? Are they improving the line since the first year or are they making it even worse?
Personally, I am loving the idea of new characters with crazier colored hair. I only wish that Blueberry would've had the blue hair!

I like the new characters! But recently, the only new "characters" released have been the fillies. Has BBM even been in any movies yet? I wish they were coordinate the release of new characters at the same time as new merchandise... and not just limit it to 1 per pack! The princess theme is cool... but I just want the pets!

Yes. They need to sell those pets seperately. It's ridiculous.
BBM is suppose to be in a new cartoon coming out this fall. I think it is going to be a camping theme. Weird for a fall release but eh...whatever...lol
I can't wait to see the new characters that are up coming...like Lemon and Raspberry and I LOVE the fillies. :D

I have a hard time with this. The releases seem so random. And impossible to find in Windsor. I wait forever for a new line then break down and buy from ebay $ouch$. The characters having new pets bothers me...what was wrong with Teatime Turtle? Where is the new villain Licorice Whip? Blueberry Sundae? Peppermint whatever? I could go on and on.
But I think they are super cute. I will still buy them.
I think I heard that a new company is taking over the production (I get a newsletter from Lori's Strawberryland News, she knows a lot!) Maybe they will get things right!

Nope, not improving at all. The dolls are still the same and they never give us what they promise. And where are my pets for BBM, Rainbow, Seaberry, Huck and Peppermint Fizz? Oh, and where's the Peppermint Fizz 5.5" doll that we were told was coming out? I just think Bandai doesn't know what they are doing or who their market audience is. I also think they don't listen well to what we want or to American Greetings, who actually tells them to release the dolls with their pets. So, that is why I am over-joyed that Playmates has taken over the new SS contract and I can not wait to see the new reveal! 6.5" tall dolls or not, the colored hair, awesome outfits and pets included are all big sellers for me. I'm going to need a whole new room just to fit all of my future SS collection in. :D :wub:
