Joyce has posted links to both fraternal and identical twins, Cindie. I noticed that the identical ones have almost identical outfits, except for color, to help distinguish between the two. I haven't seen any in person, and I don't think Joyce has either, so I'm not sure if they have fraternal/same sex, but I bet they do! I am going to be on the lookout for Gemini Twin Girls! LOL I think it would be cute to have a set of fraternal and a set of identical ones too. I'm going to have to buy a whole new shelf and squeeze it in here just to display my new CPKs!

Yep, June 14th is a Gemini date. Most sources will list it from May 21st (or 22nd) to June 21st (or the 20th). I prefer May Gemini's though. Taigan's babies were born on May 16th (Taurus) and one on June 23rd (Cancer). So neither are Geminis, but they are darned close. LOL My kid is a Pisces and my baby is a Gemini. :D

LOL... I thought it was funny that I found "my" cornsilk and she had the same birthday as "my" yarn kid!! Those are the June 14th Geminis. I want to get her a different bday though 'cause they aren't really "twins."

Anyway... I'm off to get a baby with an Oct 21st birthday and my name! I would really like an Oct. Scorpio... but that one has my name!!

To answer Cindie's question... these are the twin babies I happened to find (today!!):

identical (girl) twins... same headmold, same hair/eye color, same hair style, same bday (wearing almost identicial outfits)

BTW, this headmold is the same as my Asian baby, but the pacifier that comes with them would not fit securely in their mouths

fraternal same-sex (girl) twins... different headmolds, different hair/eye color (hair in the same style), but same bday (wearing similar style outfits)


fraternal boy-girl twins... same headmold, same hair/eye color... they'd be identical twins except for sex and hair style...

Interesting thing... that boy has a hairstyle that is available on non-twin baby *GIRLS*

I want identical twins with different head molds! I like the fraternal twin girls, but because that one has brown eyes, I wouldn't buy that set...even if they had my birthday! So, if they both had blue eyes...even if one was denim blue and one was another shade, I'd totally get them. Oh, and Joyce, I think that fraternal twin girls picture is a perfect example of the two brown hair shades! I'm going to keep that picture for reference, if you don't mind. :D

Oh, and what was the price range on the twins? Jon told me to ask for more hours at work using the excuse that I'm expecting twins. LOL! :lol:

LOL!!! Mel... the twins are $39.99 at Toys R Us... I don't know if they are going to be cheaper elsewhere, but I love that second set... I might have gotten them if the brown-eyed girl had another eye color... like bright blue... or even green! But, I just love the brown hair with denim blue eyes!

And I was thinking the same things about the hair color. I wanted to tell you the girl on the left has the lighter brown hair!! It's so hard to remember which is the "light" and "med" brown colors unless you see examples of both next to each other!

Anyway, I found them at the Toys R Us that seems to set out the CPKs earlier than the other places. So, they should be arriving at the other places in a few weeks!

Me too, Joyce, if that fraternal set had both had blue eyes, I would have begged you to go back and buy them for me. ;)

I didn't see any twins on my travels today. Of course, I live nearly in the middle of the country and we never get things first.
