Title: CPK Birth certificates
purplestar - August 8, 2005 04:14 AM (GMT)
I need a copy of a CPK birth certificate. I cannot find one on the whole entire worl wide web! Seriously, I looked for hours. I have so many dolls from yard sales and thrift stores that need names. If anyone can email me a scan, I will block out the name and date and make my own. Or if you know where I can find a printable online, please let me know. Thanks from me and my Patch.

Do you want a vintage or new one? I have my new CPK's birth certificate that I saved from on-line. In fact, if you have one of the new CPKs, you could go on-line, register it, and then change the name and birthday however many times you want and print out new certificates for each of your 'found' CPKs.

New or vintage, either one! Anything at all at this point would be heavenly.
I don't have any packaging, they are all secondhand. Do you need a code or something from the box to register them with?
I did see a site where you could print out certificates for the keychains, but again, I have no code.
Thanks. Somehow, Lambie, I just knew you'd be the first to respond!!!

Yes, there is a registration code on the new CPKs birth certificates that you need to use. It registers your kid and then they let you change the name/birthday & print out a new certificate. Let me go see if I can find the copy of mine that I saved...

Ok... I was able to make you a blank version of the birth certificate... but in doing so... the colors came out really off (they were almost fluorescent). So I tried to adjust it as best as I could... I don't know how it will print on your end, but it looks pretty close on my screen... You might need to adjust the lightness on it. It's a jpg file...

Oh... I need your email to send you the file!

You're welcome!! It was much easier to send you the "real" printout than a scan of mine...
